I myself am kind of a generalist, but my background is in mod-making and map-creation. This is my first time bringing a team together to create a new IP.

So yes, our team is fresh and untested, and many people will expect us to fail, but I think that the work we've done thus far can speak for itself, and the strength of our concept will carry this project to the finish line. This game MUST be made, and no one else is doing it, so we will find the funding and make it happen.

We are well-aware that our vision of creating open-world RPGs vastly exceeds what indie startups are typically capable of, but by leveraging the power of modern game-design software, in addition to the constant advancements in motion-capture and animation tools, we are able to do work that was once only possible in AAA game houses. It has since been working on the Kirby series with HAL Laboratory specifically Super Kirby Clash, Kirby Fighters 2, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and Kirbys Return to Dream Land Deluxe.

Vanpool was originally founded in 1999. Going back to the studios earlier days, it contributed to Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Later on the company made Freshly-Picked Tingles Rosy Rupeeland and the Japan-exclusive Ripened Tingles Balloon Trip of Love.
Vanpools notice unfortunately doesnt delve into specifics behind its closure. The statement simply made note of various circumstances involved with the decision.
