Or maybe I misunderstood what you were attributing the deaths to. [LFAQs-redacted-quote] If I claimed that people are being victimized by illegal immigrants in record numbers, for example, that'd absolutely be a vague and sensationalistic claim, and you'd have every right to hold me accountable by requesting more precise data. [LFAQs-redacted-quote] Because of socioeconomic factors, I assume. Red states tend to be poorer, don't they? |

It matters a lot how we talk about the issue, so it's important to keep people accountable. |
