gut says Chris town but I'm not cocky enough to think I can't be fooled by scum Chris. Still he has great energy for someone who just made "a 12v1 comeback as scum" and was scum last game on board 8, where he wasn't nearly as active as he is here

I need to look back at the Marth train but the Lea vote sticks out for a few reasons. One, even with Marth flipping town she doesn't really need to do any damage control because what she said was actually true; he didn't have much of a reason to be reading her town. Second, it seemed a little over the top and forced. But that reread will have to wait as I'm about to go see GotG3 (hi death)

You have a very specific way of voting for me as town vs scum. This is an info/reaction probe and not an actual scum read, mainly because you actually know how to read me and know full well what my alignment is already.

anecdotal but I remember Ulti saying something similar when I voted him in Tekken. Like "I know you're just fishing for reactions, have your fun"

I don't know if this is something he does as town though. I only remember it from Tekken

Also also if you are town and have the final smash probably best to wait before using it. I know it's fun to go 'yolo' but its a big game and the more info you have before shooting the better.

Also, after that post Peaf referenced he only had two scum reads, but he called Dumey scum earlier before moving him to town and later called me and Corrik scum, so he did throw around a good amount of suspicion (and votes, which he hasn't been as liberal with this game)

Mzero is my mason and therefore a member of the blue team. however, he's trying something new this game by not tunneling on someone day 1 so i will remain cautiously optimistic and wait to see where that pans out.

I mean, I'm not really trying something new, there just wasn't a post that grabbed me early like there usually is. Believe me I would love to be tunneling a scumbo right now

So part of my marth is town thought process is I am looking at the flow of the game around them and i point to three people in particular.

The first is mzero. I liked how mzero did research into things and it matches their zeal from last game.

I see red's defense, I check the other game, and I can sew what he sees in terms of difference even of the exact point was a mistaken memory. The impression is different.

The third is sbell who feels really comfy for me so far not liking the lynch.

So yes every read can be wrong but the people who I am comfortable with are also defending Marth for what I think are the right reasons.

This can be wrong, I am not perfect, but I would rather solve each part of the chain rather than just look at marth.

Still a defensible lynch. The role needed to be checked, plus he gigaconfirmed ctes scum. Disagree with Corriks belief that roles shouldnt be tested, otherwise we create a meta where scum just claims weird shit that never gets checked.

This exchange feels like town Ulti to me. Ignores my reason for voting him and just says I'm wrong, doesn't answer the question, and when called out for being wrong changes the subject completely. The lynch being defensible has nothing to do with my day 1 gut being wrong. Maybe I'm putting too much stock in the recent Tekken game, but I feel like Ulti defends himself more as scum and as town just kind of deflects

I like Ulti's response to my vote. I feel he gets a little more defensive as scum, such as in Tekken when he was like "oh I was just joking" but here he just kind of talked about other stuff. I feel pretty good about Ulti as town atm

Marth feels town here, but I can see switching things up right after going to final three as scum, so I'm keeping an eye on him

Peaf I feel like is town. His posts feel genuine and like they're coming from a perspective of trying to solve the game

wallz I'm leaning town on because he said he screwed up a bunch last game and was going to take a more mellow approach. It felt too honest to be scum making excuses in advance to be afk. Also his give peaf a chance joke was too funny to come from scum
