One day maybe Dende may be able to craft his own Dragonballs but considering how long Namkikans live compared to Earthlings by the time he's capable of doing so the cast will be long dead. No Dende becomes linked to the dragon balls after he revived Shenron in the Cell Saga. And its outright stated as such later in the Buu Saga (that isnt a spoiler, as Piccolo and Kami both stated that the dragon balls would vanish once they fused).
