Nobody said hardcore was for level-headed people. Inherently it's a completely insane concept when you think about it.

But...honestly the servers are fairly stable. Most D/Cs happen because of the user's internet connection, not a server problem.

But the point is to play it without dying. There's no stipulation about "dying fairly"

You accept the risks by playing it. You know DCs are a thing. There's even a waiver you have to "sign" before you play on the server.

Ragnaros went down a couple of days ago, so it's not impossible, it's just...risky. Consolation, though, if your character dies you can transfer to one of the low-pop Era servers for free to keep playing. You just can't play it on the hardcore server anymore, so it's a prestige thing.

Thankfully it's pretty easy to skip from fight to fight thanks to streaming conveniences. We like to watch everything because the builders have a lot of personality and there's some really interesting behind the scenes stuff sometimes.

Nah, the point is to prove you can do it regardless of obstacles. If you die to a D/C you just make another character. Everybody's playing with the same rules as you.

I made it about halfway through the game before I got tired of riding to every story mission, then riding to a location, having a shootout, and riding back.

Never felt like a problem in GTAV because driving is inherently more fun than riding a horse in a video game lol

My gf runs the IT department of the lab she works in. This is a place filled with scientists who handle dangerous chemicals and stuff daily.

She did a test like this and like 35% of the employees clicked the link. It was very disappointing lol

No, the official blizzard servers have no appeals. Appeals were part of the community run, add-on supported version on regular servers.

But here I am with a level 31 Hardcore Mage.

I made myself a new character. It's a Drow warlock (the Lolth kind, not the Drizzt kind) and I'm already loving how powerful my Eldritch Blast is at level 2 with hex and the passive charisma bonus. I might try a warlock in the next one-shot I do with my 5e group. There are lots of cool things about the class I didn't really consider until trying it out in BG3.

I watch when they're playing a game I'm interested in. I don't care about Tears of the Kingdom so I've skipped those episodes so far, but I watched the whole Sonic Frontiers playthrough before it.

And I always watch the Ten Minute Power Hour, never missed an episode.

For one, revealing that Kakashi has one in the same arc the existence of them is first mentioned is just lame. Kishimoto could have built it up for a while, then it would be a huge shock for a non-Uchiha like Kakashi to have one.

I think it's more interesting to reveal it when we don't really know what it is, then show that Sasuke has it, too...then show us what it's truly capable of when Itachi shows up and schools Kakashi straight through his.

Then, of course, using that connection to establish Obito later was a great touch.

I think introducing it to us early works best here.

He wasn't an Uchiha, which is what made him unique. He copied their power, then copied everybody else's power.
