For everything I said, though, it also tells me that addiction isn't just some like, mental thing, where somebody can tell you "Just stop, just be strong, etc.," because... I openly admit I'm not the most mentally strong of people. I cry easily, I mentally struggle over making decisions for longer than I probably should, and so on. So if it was just a case of "You're not being strong," then I would be addicted to so many things. I'm not trying to brag or anything, and I apologize if it came off that way. I'm mainly trying to share my own experiences in order to say... There is no one size fits all answer, everybody deals with everything differently. All we can do is support each other. It's all good. I've had painkillers like vicodin for a few surgeries, and had no problem stopping once the prescribed dosage was done. I have candy, but, again, only on weekends. Etc. and so on. And I've found myself able to stop any of these on a whim, such as when I had high blood pressure for awhile and needed to cut back on a few things while my doctor figured out the cause (it was stress). That said, I have seen numerous people struggle with addictions, personally, and it just makes me more thankful for my ability to just... Stop. So I completely respect the struggle, and I just wanted to wish all the best. Wish I was like that. --- Is this reverse psychology? And if I ask, will you lie to me?

I game maybe 2hrs a session which is once every 3 or 4 days. I binge whole shows when a good one is out. So I cant say I must watch a show the day it is released. I wait until all episodes are out. I cant name a vice I couldnt live without tbh. The again, its easy to abstain when you work full time, have 4 kids, in school full time and in the Reserves. I dont have much time to indulge in any one thing. When I graduate, I might get alcohol poisoning though lol. Do you drink coffee? --- Is this reverse psychology? And if I ask, will you lie to me?
