Literally any time any conflict has happened in my lifetime, everyone has claimed its WWIII. Ill believe it when it happens.

Oh watching YouTube on my PC causes it to crash, been like that for over a year. So I watch it on my TV or phone, so at this point Im just used to the ads and didnt know they were doing this.

Been a few days since I played. I beat Lies of P! I got what I think is the true ending? Rise of P ending. Also that post credits scene. Fucking Wizard of Oz! This whole game is a shitpost and Im here for it.

Yeah rock isnt really super mainstream anymore. Pop music is easier to produce and has wider appeal. Theres still a rock scene in music, its just not as mainstream as it used to be.

Leaks were real!
New dungeon, Trial Chambers! Built out of new tuff blocks and new Copper blocks. Copper lights and copper grates. Copper lights get dimmer over time, can be waxed with an axe to make them brighter again.
Trial spawners spawn mobs like strays when approached, when all the mobs are killed the spawner drops loot. Spawners can recharge over time.
Crafter blocks. Automatic crafting tables! Spit out items as theyre built. Can be fed with hoppers and activated with red stone signals. Can craft infinitely. Individual slots can be blocked.
New hostile mob, The Breeze! Wind type Blaze. Can blow you away, activate traps in the room, charges at you to attack.

Snapshots will come in a couple weeks. More new features will be announced over the coming months. The winning mob is the Armadillo! Dog armor! Not my personal pick, voted for the crab, but this was a close second.

Finally had time to actually play some. Continued digging out my future base at the ancient city cluster. The hole is going to be like 2 chunks across north to south, east to west, but it's a circle. I dug out a cross in in the north-south and east-west axes. But my pickaxes got too low on durability to continue. I wonder if I should keep making the hole bigger from the center, or if I should just dig out one of the quadrants at a time. It is directly over an ancient city portal in the center of the cluster, it's in a snowy taiga biome. It goes through a dripstone cave, and there's also a copper vein inside of it, I exposed some of the raw blocks of copper, which is cool, if that copper rumor is true, I can use the copper to improve the base.
The plan is to dig out the entire circle, dig out an area above the ancient city portal, make it big enough to fit a large storage system that will expand out in the cardinal directions. The walls of the hole will be filled in with terracotta and/or concrete. I want to put certain farms inside the walls of the hole, like iron, sugarcane, creeper, and also some food ones, maybe make some windows in some sections of the walls to see the farms. Filter all the items down into the storage system with shulker box loaders. On top of the hole I'll build a tower up like 50 or 60 blocks, make it looks like some big scifi structure. Something I want to do, but idk how feasible this is, is to build a giant flying machine at the entrance to the hole, hide it slightly underground, or maybe inside the tower. I can press a button to activate the flying machine, and it will come out, act as a door on the hole, and I would do this when it starts snowing. Of course it would also need to be able to retract. I would use the hole to enter the base from the sky, but, to get out, because it would probably take 3 flight duration 3 rockets to leave from the bottom, I would make a bunch of soulsand bubble columns equidistant from each other around the hole and leave that way, probably build them up a bit too so I can take off from them to go exploring.
Then inside the city, I want to light it up, get rid of all the shriekers to make it safe from Warden spawns. Repair the city, make it look grand and lived in. Maybe turn some of the buildings into trading halls. There is a village nearby that I could source villagers from. Maybe also make tunnel bores to dig out tunnels to the other ancient cities around, and expand the base into those. In short, it will be my forever base when it's finished. I don't know when this will be, it doesn't sound like 1.21 is the update to open the ancient city portals, but we'll find out tomorrow. If not 1.21, it will likely be 1.22. Gives me enough time to build this base, and incorporate the fourth dimension into the build, whenever that happens. I know I also need to continue the ancient debris mining, it's just hard to find time for all of this, just a little bit at a time, slow and steady wins the race after all!

Okay, one more leak was revealed, but it looks like the leaks are over, we'll have to wait for Minecraft live tomorrow to find out the rest/if this stuff is real.
Tuff is getting a block set! I like the tuff blocks, they're a nice block to use, and it's actually a material that's used in real world construction, shingles and things like that are made from tuff.

Oooh apparently the third hint isn't "Recycled Mob" like people assumed. when that unicde character is printed in Minecraft Bedrock it displays as a crafting table. Recyle Table? This lines up with that image of the hopper leading into a crafting table and a redstone line coming out.

Yeah the supposedly leaked stuff I've been hearing sounds very modlike. It's hard to believe that any of it is what's coming, but considering that article header, it's hard to ignore the possibility.

If you inspect element on the header, you get this message "This electrifying screen shot is a hint for what's to come during Minecraft Live!". Are we getting electricity with copper wiring?

I'm hearing some very interesting rumors about a supposedly leaked new hostile mob, possibly a boss. But I can't find any concrete info on where this leak came from. Supposedly there are "sky ruins" kind of a structure, with a new kind of mob spawner that makes some kind of wind elemental boss, and when you kill it the spawner explodes into loot. Like I said, no idea where this came from, but people are saying that it has some credibility behind it, so who knows. Personally, I don't believe it. But we'll find out on Sunday!

Oh neat, new snapshot build is out. Decorated Pots can store a single stack of items. Not the most useful thing, but still it's a nice way to hide some items away in a base.

Penguin is losing in the community polls. Looks like the Crab is the most popular. But there's also a REALLY big push this year for Mojang to add all three, so we'll see what happens!

Also Minecraft Live in just 5 days. I was really hoping for an End update or a fourth dimension. Here's my guess for what 1.21 is going to be:
The Wild Update Part 3!
Rework to the desert, sand now accumulates like snow
Oasis sub biome with palm trees
New plant like shrubs or a new cactus variant
New biome: Wetlands. Kinda like swamp but less swampy. Generates on rivers in temperate climates. Has birch trees instead of oak. Ducks replace chickens in this biome.
Random redstone functionality. Perhaps that automatic crafting rumor is true.
Rework to Ancient Cities. Stone chests added, which are much louder than other chests when opened. Perhaps loud enough for sound to travel through wool, or increases warden count by 1 when opened no matter what. Trims and enchanted golden apples can only be found in stone chests now. Further hints at the giant portal being a giant portal, but no functionality yet.

For my first run, I might just do a Toadette run. Ultimately I will probably play as all characters assuming you get some reward for beating the game with all of them.

Hadn't played any Lies of P since Monday due to the FFXIV patch. Picked it back up today. I kept hearing that The King of Puppets is the hardest boss, it will filter me, it's impossible. I did it on my first try lol. I honestly find the elite monsters that don't respawn to be harder and more intimidating than the bosses. At least so far.

Yeah I remember the stock cults. Total trash in terms of making money. You just invest in a stock and it becomes a terrible gang of human nature on all forums. In the better areas you would have voices of reason, but GME was heinous because you had all these people that lost their life savings, and there's no possible way they were going to not go full sunken cost schizophrenia.

The GME cult described in the video is very severe. Turns out no one actually made money except the ones that orchestrated the pump and dump. It's insane that it evolved into a cult that actually expected to overthrow the "global" market and take over the country. He took a look at one, but this is common across all tickers. Endless uneducated speculation building on itself, unintelligent mobs shouting slogans.

Yeah I remember when it was happening, and the price was like $500, I was on WSB telling people "sell! sell! sell!" and even then, I knew there's pretty much no way it can go much higher than this, and I hadn't even bought in, and I was trying to help people realize they were at the top, they were telling me to stop spreading FUD. Then in the following days all the weird culty shit started to pop up, and I was like "guys. you missed your chance, there's no short squeeze coming, the action already happened." and I was just downvoted into oblivion, so I stopped trying to help them, because they didn't want help.

First 1.21 mob for the mob vote was revealed. The crab. Crabs live in Mangrove Swamps for whatever reason, and when they die they drop a claw which can be used to place blocks farther than can normally be reached. That's actually a good item, I wonder what the other two mobs will give us to compete with that. According to leaks, the other two mobs are Seagulls and Jellyfish which we will probably officially find out about in the next few days.

Arcana is okay. Definitely one of the most forgettable SNES RPGs.

Fun fact! Arcana is the first game to feature Kirby! Yes, THAT Kirby! He appears as a background monster in the opening. Kirby's Dream Land didn't release for 2 more months.
