AC1 had Valkyrie, who would kick your shit in in the very early game if you dared to fight her. She was high ranking in the arena.

Project Phantasma has Sumika. She had a cool pink mech and would join you in a lot of missions

Last Raven had Zinaida. A badass lady pilot that if you fight is 100x more difficult than Malenia, because she's just that awesome

For Answer had May Greenfield, the super sweet waifu bait pilot you could hire for a few missions, and Wynne D Fancon, #3 in the Arena and a total badass

So I guess sorry for expecting cool female characters like the old games?

Out of the thirty arena opponents, there are only THREE girls. Two of them are in the E ranks, one in the B ranks just one place below the top 10 opponents

I'll give this game a 3/10

Story sucks, characters suck (except Ayre), no difficulty anywhere (rank 1 arena opponent was a fucking JOKE), stagger system is dumb and punishes certain builds while not adding anything interesting to combat

The Wii U pro controller blows ass, the right analog stick should never be above the buttons. That flaw alone makes it shitty.

The stick position is actually brilliant. It's better for both 2d and 3d games
