I've only watched a few episodes of season 1 as of now

She's introduced early on in season 2, but she hasn't done much yet.

I haven't watched the most recent episode yet, but it's been enjoyable so far. Episode 3 in particular is excellent. My main complaint is that I have no clue what the heck they're doing with Mat this season.

Wish they hadn't unceremoniously killed off Uno like that though.

I like being able to switch between characters in FFVIIR's combat, so I'd rather they kept that feature for the other games, too.

I would say by the end of this trilogy you'll need (well, "need" is a strong word, but you'll be missing out on stuff if you haven't) a passing familiarity with the entire Compilation of Final Fantasy VII. There's a reason why they remastered Crisis Core between Remake and Rebirth, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's a Dirge of Cerberus remaster between Rebirth and the third game.

And who knows, maybe a Remaster of Advent Children (watch the Complete edition, not the original)!

I'm not a fan of Rand and "Selene" being an item in this show because it just feels wrong, but it definitely had the intended effect on my wife when they revealed she's Lanfear at the end here.

Eh, you don't really need people to drop their mains for them. You just need a couple people to have them as secondaries and they'll hopefully pick up support as people's mains go out.

It's probably been within the last couple years that he got banned and just never came back.

ertyu's history here is complicated, for sure. He did get made fun of unfairly, but he could also be pretty mean himself. You could argue it was a reaction to how he was treated, but he wasn't always easy to get along with even if you were trying to be nice to him.

I was curious to see how they'd portray the Seanchan, and I think they did a pretty good job. Also the guy they got to play Uno is spot-on. On the other hand, I thought one of Elayne's defining characteristics was her blonde hair, so it's weird she's being played by a redhead here (although you could say her hair is strawberry blonde, I guess).

Also I still have zero clue what they're doing with Mat in this show.
