That redemption run was also already talked about in this topic!

That 16th place finish in CXVII was designed to pull him out of the bottom ten forever. I don't think Comm or I ever thought that good of a finish was possible though, so that one went way beyond our expectations. We will not seriously attempt another one because we could never top that.

Also Amarant and Yang haven't been seen since CIX and CXII respectively, so they don't have any New Era appearances.

Rebirth > Trails > TTYD > P3P

I guess it depends on how you feel about certain characters and what you ultimately wanted out of the story.

I was pretty disappointed by the ending overall, but I'd still say the ride to get there is worth it. It's such an experience, if you can endure the beginning of the first episode.

So basically everything in between the first couple hours and the last couple hours is great!
