im digital... for a few reasons.

A: Its either on PC or Switch, and PC doesnt have physical game releases anymore

B: as for switch, digital is just more convenient, considering its a handheld, doesnt have to carry my physical games with me (what few i have) if i just wanna play digital

C: For some reason, both my 2019 Switch, AND my newer OLED have, more than once, ejected a game on its own, i come back to a suspended game, and i am informed the cartridge has been removed... even though its STILL GODDAMN SITTING THERE.

...yeah thats annoying, so i only buy physical now if theres a massive price difference.

Including the fact you CANT actually do so, if its connected to power. And putting it in a dock connected to power turns it on automatically IIRC.

...also cant do it just with joycons either. You can put it in sleep, and wake it from sleep with the home menu button, but you cant turn it off.

TLDR? Its really damn difficult to turn it off, and KEEP it off.

The only time an emulator is illegal is if you have to pirate the BIOS. And even then, the emulator isnt illegal, the act of pirating the BIOS is the actual issue

And there are indeed ways to legally get BIOS, IE from your own console.

Something must have changed, because this wasnt the first future gohan legends got, but it was the first to not have the whole "Chamber of Secrets Boneless Arm" thing going on.

Though i cant say what it was, im atleast glad it exists... because that boneless arm always looked wonky.

I think you can just platinum that one by playing it.

The hard part is the glyphs, but you can look those up online.

Aside from that, it is mostly just... ya know finding everything (Feathers can be a pain, but again, internet exists, even back then) and clearing all sidequests.

There are a few gimmicky ones though, IIRC one for killing a certain amount of brutes in a short period of time, but that does synergize well with a specific sidequest

Never had one of those, but i do recall doing it with Gameboy Games (Color and Advance), but far more prominently with ps1 and ps2 memory cards.

It's a type of switch that a mechanical keyboard can have. Tactile and clicky switches have a bump you can feel when you press the switch that tells you that the switch activated. Linear switches just go straight down with nothing to tell you that you typed a letter.

Yuck, it's beyond me why anyone likes that feature. Of course even with traditional computer keyboards I do prefer linear switches, so maybe it's just me.

Personally i use it, cause the feedback makes it easier for me to know if a button press registered or not.

Trying to use a touch interface without feedback (Vibration and sound) really fucks with my head.

If you and a buddy rob a bank, and your buddy does something that ends up with someones death, both of you can be charged for murder.

This has a couple problems. The following paragraph is about the scenario that got the concept banned in the UK.

The case that led to the end of Felony Murder (or "constructive malice") in British law was that of Derek Bentley and Christopher Craig in 1952. Bentley, 19, was severely mentally disabled. Craig was 16. When breaking into a warehouse one night, Craig was carrying a gun. Confronted by the police, Bentley (while already under arrest) allegedly said "Let him have it, Chris!" Craig then shot dead a police officer. The prosecution claimed this meant to shoot him, which the defense contested of course, but it didn't matter - Bentley was part of the underlying felony, meaning legally he was guilty of the murder as well, even if he hadn't also urged Craig to do this. Craig was too young to be hanged (it was for 18-year olds and above only) and received "detention at Her Majesty's pleasure", paroled after 10 years. Bentley was hanged. The absurdity of the murderer being spared in place of his mentally disabled partner led to the Homicide Act 1957, abolishing constructive malice and permitting the defense of diminished responsibility (as Bentley was not allowed to utilize) - capital punishment was then mandatory for murder convictions, and this also helped in the campaign against hanging. In 1993, Bentley was retroactively pardoned, and his sentence quashed in 1998.

AFAIK The human brain isnt fully developed until the age of about 25, so i could easily see a strong argument to be made that youre not fully adult until then.
