I used to do sports like volleyball and hachijojima daiko and go running 3x a week, but now I get winded after 2 flights of stairs. Because of that, I've put on a ton of weight in the last 3 years. Like almost 30kg. It may be helpful to think of exercise as a way of dealing with stress. And using your diet to control weight. People who use exercise as a way of managing weight, but don't adopt exercise as a lifestyle, typically gain the weight back (and then some). But the results are incredible for a short while. I'd advise getting SelectTech dumbells (the 5-50 pound ones are great) and an inexpensive bench that fits your needs, and you can lift whenever you want. You can look into a light cardio program of lunges and squats and sit ups. I guess my main thought is that you should be mindful of activities that are transformative but aren't part of your lifestyle. IMO it's their best album, it's probably the easiest to digest and rank. I know some of the albums that came out after are a bit more refined and consistent. I was thinking to do something Ozzy, was considering Blizzard of Ozz but I just felt like we needed to do Sabbath. And this one is such a Side A album (I love side B for sure, though) that I feel like it would be easiest to fit into the holiday week. --- Donny: Are they gonna hurt us, Walter? Walter: No, Donny. One friend said "I wouldnt want to be that guy" and I was like, "are you kidding me?" that dude had a good time with a crazy girl and she's still obsessed with him. This song would make me feel like a total boss. That said, these sorts of emotions about an ex are easy to relate to and we weren't getting enough "angry female" voices. So even though the album has a bit too much in the way of pop sensibility, I didn't mind. I liked it. I still mostly do though it's been a while since I directly related to much of the material. 2. Forgiven Sneaky good track. They seemed happy to let a few of these tracks be their own thing and didn't need to pile on pop sensibilities, and this song really benefits. 3. Hand in My Pocket 4. All I Really Want 5. Right Through You 6. Head over Feet Sappy but fun to listen to 7. You Learn 8. Not the Doctor 9. Ironic 10. Perfect 11. Mary Jane 12. Blue Pepper (Far East of the Blues) Tourist Point of View - Perhaps guided by the title, this track makes me think about a visitor to a new place, perhaps from a bus or stopped train, gazing out at the hustle and bustle of a foreign land. If this album is about a tour, this is a terrific first track imo. Amad Depk Ad Lib on Nippon - A good closing track, it takes it's time going and goes in a few different directions, and feels a bit like an overture.
