Dante's Awakening ( US version) I believe was Japan's hard mode. I barely scraped on by to beat it.

1 is NOT better than 5. 1 is barely a stylish action game, it's like a beat em up with Resident Evil aesthetics with Devil May Cry style being the after taste.

Even though I think one is better than five I could actually understand your argument. I love the classic DMC vibe. It's funny to see or interesting to observe how Capcom viewed its first game in the series. It was teetering on an... almost horror theme just like the first Onimusha game.

But to answer your question, repetitive enemies, frame rate drops, annoying AI commentary and some bland environments/colors.

I actually look forward to its sequel. Not bad at all. 7.7/10

It's still early but I could not imagine a base PS5 or even a slim or even a detachable PS5 making it through (being the only options) till next generation...if that's in 2028 or later.

A Pro model makes sense and follows suit from PS4 era.

In Buddhism, the answer might be...the ego.

The unfortunate problem with the ego is that the more we have a sense of self, the more we feel different or separate from others. This causes large disconnects and a lot the suffering we see today is due to this, I believe.

One of the main themes in Buddhism is that there is no self because we are constantly changing. When self or ego is removed, or perhaps even better, understood that it doesn't exist... Then we don't feel so separated from others and have more of a connection with others.

I don't own a switch but I'm glad for this game.
