| Itachi157 10/31/22 1:52:48 PM #1 | I just finished Maiden of Black Water and liked it quite a bit. I also played 1 and 2 like 15 years ago and remember liking them too. Definitely getting the remaster of 4 that's coming out. However does anyone else who likes the series think that it would be cool to have one that take place in a big city or something? Like anything other than an abandoned mansion or mountain. Like you can see creepy ghosts hiding among the populace etc and have to go into creepy back alleys and such. It would of course take place mostly at night. I guess an urban legend focused game rather than ancient rituals. |

| Itachi157 10/30/22 2:16:55 AM #1 | That the V and Panam sex scene in the Basilisk tank was one of the most awkward and cringe things they've ever seen in a game? Overall pretty cool game though. I cleared out of all the areas besides Santo Domingo and the Badlands, by then I was thoroughly tired of the gigs. I also finished most of the major sidequest lines except Kerry. I looked it up and there were still like 5 more after the concert so I decided to just go ahead and finish the game. For the ending, I let Johnny take control, then got the Sun ending. |

Oh well hope he wasn't important. >_> Generally they mark secondary objectives like that on your map most of the time. I think that's how I found Brick and the computer you use to get him out of the cell. Also, I am like 50 hours into the game past that and Brick never popped back up, lol. Unless it's some side quest I haven't done. Go to the world map and your apartment should be marked on there. If it isn't, try flipping through the icon filters. |

My only real gripes would be that it is a little easy (feels like theres little point to trying to go for any specific build, because I really doubt I would have any trouble beating the game even if I assigned points randomly) and that it has the typical open world gameplay of driving to waypoints constantly and doing task X, which burns me out and makes it harder to play more than a couple hours at a time. Night City is cool, although the sexual and vulgar ads plastered everywhere sometimes makes it feel like the movie Idiocracy. Wouldnt mind if they dialed this back in the sequel. It sometimes makes it a little hard to take things seriously. |
