It is weird though how like your region has a snake, and we have no snakes here but like 3 clouds and 6 wolves. You wouldn't mind running into cloud and I wouldn't mind joker since my best friend plays joker. Almost all completely by chance, but yeah there's no way to prepare for every match up. Definitely had a doable bracket for top 32 but I lost to a Duck Hunt R2 who knew the ZSS match up way better than I knew the Duck Hunt match up (I think I've played against like 2 duck hunts ever). Then ended up losing to Cloud in losers and I despise Cloud ZSS. Wish I did better, but won all my money matches so good time overall. Beat a really good Ohio seph which I was happy about too. I would definitely lose to Duck Hunt too for the same reason, no shame in that. Too many matchups in this game, a lot of times you need that bracket luck to at least play against characters you're familiar with. I wish one of you guys was good with Snake for example, there's a really good Snake at Encore I keep losing to. Cloud is one of the match ups that even though Falcon loses I hope my opponent plays them since it's my most played match up --- (... Yeah I'm glad he did post it. You could say it barely qualifies as tech but I never would've known how to do this otherwise. The method to get the full effect isn't that intuitive since you do need to use another jump button to get the max drift. It's frame tight as well, at least for Falcon as his aerials are slower and he falls way faster. And yeah, Falcon can easily kill at like 30 with this. And at percents when the second up air won't connect it seems nair 1 usually will which also leads into plenty Also, I never press back on the stick to get off ledge, I always press down. So yeah I definitely never would have figured it out lol --- (... D-Do I really inspire this sort of frothing desire from the female masses?) |
