It just never dawned on me that the hookshot could extend from the top rooms ceiling down into the lower room, with space to spare. And yeah, I am absolutely finishing the game. Pretty sure I was in the Temple of Time at that moment. Now, I just got all the mirror shards and am going through the twilight dungeon (just got the 2nd sol, then decided to call it quits). Just didnt have much time to play it over the weekend. Regarding the sky temple, I think it had a ton of potential, but missed the mark. Even if you knew exactly how to get through a room, some of them could just be real slogs and take way too much time to traverse. Also, it took me forever to discover how to turn on the final fan that allows you to get to the boss room. I could see the teardrop-looking-thing that I needed to hang from to activate it, but I couldnt for the life of me find out how to reach it. It never dawned on me until a grueling search of everywhere that I would need to go to the room above it, hang from the ceiling and descend into the lower room, and then double hookshot to the teardrop thing. I just did not imagine in the slightest that the hookshot would extend that damn far. Im overall enjoying the game, but there are parts that are complete slogs. Really wish Id played it through when the Wii first came out. Like this was going on and Link's village just somehow didn't hear or see. I think they make I plausible that nobody in Links village would be aware that this was happening. The twilight realm is capturing just about everyone, so there are no survivors to escape and warn people. Once you get caught, it is too late. On top of that, they are unaware that it is even occurring for the most past. And lastly, Links village seems to be mostly isolated and people dont leave often. They even make a big deal at the start that Link has never visited Hyrule before. ViewtifulJoe posted... Hyrule Field theme is great. Agreed with both - particularly the Hyrule Field theme at night. I really like the atmosphere it sets. As for the horse, I cant stand riding her in general. You accidentally bump into one thing by a millimeter, and Epona takes a good 5 seconds to start moving again.
