I use to do smoothie with spinach and banana, then I just started to throw any fruit i had in the house in it . But for some reason I stopped, I honestly have no clue why.

Once in a while, Ill mix a couple ounces of plain yogurt with a cup of water, a tea spoon of chia seeds, another spoon with flax seeds, plus a banana. Its watery and low calorie, so not everyone will like it but I like how easy it is to drink. Its a good potassium supplement overall.

If you need more calories or like it to be thicker like a smoothie, then add milk and maybe a tablespoon of peanut butter. Ive been substituting almond butter which maybe isnt as tasty but has less sodium.

Believe it or not, I experienced something somewhat similar with an abusive family member. I still harbor some resentment, but I guess we were lucky in that the abuse wasnt the one defining thing about them. They did a lot of great things, helping me and other people at their expense. I could tell even their intentions were mostly always good, but their abusive actions were rooted in ignorance and impatience. Basically, they didnt fully understand how destructive they could be and they came from a generation and environment that normalized it.

This does not excuse what they did, but it did help me eventually make peace with the past. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

Chimera Arc was probably the best part of the series, though I still had issues with it.

It was cool to see the hunters hunting, but the way they portrayed some of the ants was goofy.

That insult is common, but doesnt hold weight when we really think about it.

If you have any boundaries in your relationships, they can be traced back to some type of insecurity. The exception would be maybe something like polyamory where youre Ok with your spouse(s) having sex with anybody or even everybody, plus you couldnt question them about any financial decisions they make or pretty much anything else that could negatively affect the relationship.

Not sure about the others here, but personally yeah I drink a lot of water through the day. It helps deal with the hunger.

I do like soda, juice and all that, but I just stay far away from them to avoid temptation. Water is your friend.

Only thing that helps me be more patient with people, who maybe dont deserve it, is remembering how much less time they have left. Plus a lot of people lash out when theyre in pain, fatigued, sick and so on.

Sir, the US is the country with advanced technology. The Chinese copy it through espionage and acquisition. In other words, they acquire it when US troops abandon it for a variety of reasons. The US has no problem flying or driving it right up their doorstep, which is why the Chinese are always pissed off during US-led joint Navy exercises with their allies in the Pacific.

As far as it being decades ahead, thats debatable but probably hasnt been true since 20 years ago.

The reality is that a lot of sports aren't just "work hard and you can be the best" and if it so happens that someone who transitioned to female in your sport happens to be better...it's basically no different than another woman who just happened to be born with better genetics than you.

I agree with that, which is why we should just have open divisions. Cis women would compete against men, but trans women would have to also. Perhaps we should eliminate weight classes for combat sports as well. It wont create true equality, but itll be closer than what exists now.
