Wasn't there some dude named like blaster in this game I used a guy named like Donovan Blaster or something is that a later snowboard kids or a different game entirely.

Storm deletes bad locations. If you use Vision you could probably be less conservative with playing her aggressively as terrain control.

Generally I like Captain America more than Nakia in a deck like that. Heck I like Punisher more than Nakia. With the buff cards generally you should think of them as "add them to the power of this card to determine the value"

Captain America at full throttle is basically 3/6. So is Punisher. Nakia is 3/5 (3/1, and +2 power to two cards). Nakia is also harder to fully capitalize on her buff if you draw her late.

I do like Scorpion though. Scorpion is top tier dickery with Beast and makes the Goose lane harder to play against.

Forge isn't really worth playing unless you have a way to abuse his buff. I guess Beast does at some level. You could throw some combination of Sinister + him + Okoye + Nakia in though.

Brood would be killer in the deck if you ever got them yeah throw him in. Otherwise you're generally better off playing Lizard than Forge.

For adds, Bishop and Collector are really good with Beast. Bishop being 3 cost is nice too obviously.

For removes I would consider dropping Sunspot and Armor first of that lot. I feel like that deck isn't going to have a lot of floating energy nor a ton of fear of stuff getting killed. But you'd know how your energy situation is better than theorycraft would.

You might also consider an actual high priced drop or two since Goose can't lock all the lanes down. Vision is kinda cool with Storm and to cheat into a Goose lane.

I believe you can get avatars of literally any card or variant from the collector's caches at 1000+. I got a Hulk Buster one I will never use. Hope to get Mysterio or Hobgoblin or Omega Red or something.

If you put main mysterio at Sinister London the copy has 0 power (and doesn't reveal as a copy at the end of the game)

So Silver Surfer only cares about the base cost. If you modify it it doesn't matter.

Very good in Mr Negative Decks since so many of the tasty cards to invert cost 3.

Best Silver Surfer deck probably runs Ironheart and Brood and drops Odin on Surfer's location (that also has Ironheart on it) and gives you +36 just from Surfer + Ironheart buffs.

But yeah he looks really gimmicky to me. I'll still get the season pass because I like the game and it is efficient currency but I doubt I'd run a Silver Surfer deck soon.

He uses to give +2 per card and he was broken in Moon Girl decks so I don't know how you fix a card with that design.

I think if you made him Ongoing like Morbius he'd be in a good spot. But maybe a bit too good still. You can rack up a lot of cards in your hands with him if you're creative. Swarm is a good one-- I've seen Beast used with him to get +3 power on him too.

The big problem is if you don't draw him early enough he ends up being pretty weak.

Yeah. It's just her ability reads as "move to the location that wins you the game (if possible)" and she did not win the game.

But yeah it probably just is as simple as she does what gets the game closest to winning but in a shutout will move to make things closer even if it doesn't actually win the game.

This game I actually played Titania turn 6 with Debrii and Hazmat in lane 1 first to prevent Captain Marvel from winning lane 2. (Screwing over Dr Doom by accident was funny though)

Funny thing Captain Marvel was in the far right lane then jumped to Doom's lane at endgame even though it didn't win the game.

So she doesn't care about winning the game as much as coming closer to winning it I guess? Or maybe she assumed Doom was going to actually go off and made her calculation of which lane to jump to before reveals? I don't get it.

So yeah Titania then Green Goblin is super good play on turn 4 against any lane with 2 guys in it if you reveal second.

If they play one guy, Goblin flies over and you keep Titania who will never defect because their lane is full.

If they play no guys, Goblin and Titania go to the other lane and you can probably convert it turn 6 with literally any drop as Titania will jump back to you with your next play.

If I draw those 2 I pretty much always snap.

Wario or Shy Guy are probably number 2. And that's with the vast majority of my playtime coming from MK64 and Super Mario Kart, the former only being in MK64 and the latter being in neither.

Really funny win. I had Titania screwing up his Cerebro jammed in lane 2 with a 1 on his side and was winning lane 1 and 2 with Mantis and Rocket (he had full lanes in the left 2 that Killmonger emptied out). He used Killmonger to counter turn 6 and was left with this board state-- it's doubly funny because as foolmo often says if the dude used simple math he would have realized he literally made the game unwinnable with Killmonger. But he was also down too much in lane 1 to win without getting rid of Titania-- still think he should have just retreated though (or just played things in lane 3 and hoped I couldn't outpower)

Last 2 picks are probably going to be devoted to Omega Red and Hela but yeah we'll see. I might just settle for one of the two and start saving up tokens for a series 4/5 card I want.

I got 6000 due to reaching collector level 1000.

Down to 2000 (2200 actually) now.

btw Lopen said he rotated out cards occasionally to level up faster. Is there actually a reason for that? All the qualities after the first one are the same ratio of creds and boosters to levels.

I just rotate out new cards to frame break. 25 credits for 1 collector level, 50 credits per collector level for others.

Once I've frame broke I don't care about rotating.

Titania - She seems kinda cool. Not just for Galactus cheese but to pair with any character vs a 3 guy lane to take it back with one more drop. (If they fill the lane you get 5 power for 1, great!)

Hazmat - I kinda wanna make a dickish negative power deck. I passed on Luke Cage a while back but yeah when I get the pieces.

Arnim Zola - Gonna use him in my Mr Negative Deck. Going to be exciting to use him in a deck that DOESN'T just abuse Black Panther. Best one of the lot.

Any time that I've been about to get this, the opponent retreats (when I'm NOT in control of all three yet), it's getting incredibly frustrating.

Fill lanes quickly with stuff like Squirrel Girl and Klaw/Mr Fantastic. If they retreat and you have all 3 lanes you get credit

Well if I get that situation I'll test it. For science.

Anyway I got Chessmaster Bishop as a Season Cache reward that's awesome cause I would have likely bought that at some point so basically 700 gold cache (or was that a 1200 skin I'm not sure)

If you're spending any money on the game whatsoever that's the best way even ignoring the card bonuses.

I would only get it if you don't care about spending some money on the game or really like the season card though.

You get her variant on the season pass (and you can play a card as normal with just the variant). The base card is on the track in pool 2. Same with Nakia.

Now Black Panther (and Miles Spidey) is not in the pool but in a couple of months (oneish for spidey) he'll be randomly obtainable in pool 3.

No that actually makes total sense. Since I'm the one doing Onslaught hoctooie now I should know the actual math since it might not always be stompy like that when I get them both since as you can see my deck isn't always filling lanes.

How you work with her is get her out of your hand with Wave, Sif, or other discard. You let her stay in she probably loses the game for you.

Anyway can confirm Forge + Mysterio is only good if you want people to know which Mysterio is real cause it only buffs the main one.

So basically how it works is this

Mysterio is 3 cards stacked on top of himself. 1 counts as 4, 2 count as 0.

If you buff the card in your hand before you play it via Nakia/Okoye or that terrain it will hit the copies as well (they will show in game as the adjusted value as well even before Mysterio reveals at the end of the game-- so in game my opponent saw a bunch of 4 power Mysterios before my Ironhearts)

Once they're on the field they're completely separate cards and buffing won't be shared.

What I'm wondering is how forge interacts. I suspect he too may buff all 3 given how he interacts with other cards.

I love how I had two mystiques ready to copy Iron Man and Mysterio was still the better play. Power buffs from your hand going to his illusions is awesome.

Do yo often win by retreats with that strat?

Not often. It's more to trap people into 2+ cube wins when I'm feeling like I'll more likely than not win. I do get quite a bit of those. Much more than 1.

I also feel it makes people more likely to play the game out if you snap early. Obviously I can't be too sure due to lack of data but I do feel in my games we tend to play it out more often when I snap turn 2 or 3 vs 5 or 6.

The big difference is you need to change your mentality to be okay with retreating to lose 2 or 4 cubes regularly.

I do want Galactus myself. I think there are sneaky ways to win with him. If you run Goblins and Wolverine you can just play him legitimately on turn 6 instead of playing him turn 4 or 5 with Wave.

I pretty much always snap the turn I'm going to drop something "big" even if I don't have the exact setup in my hand. Like locking them into double stakes or making them run away.

Of course this means I lose a lot more 8 cube games (realistically it's more often 2 or 4 for most of my losses) than I probably should but I also win more than I probably should.

I'm kinda just hovering in the low 60s. I think if I just went hardcore grind with my Deadpool or Jubilee deck I could get to 70 but I'm experimenting with new decks.

I feel like you're right and it was Morph. In the future just so you know if you tap cards in play you can see modifications to them. So if you'd done that you could have known the truth even if you hadn't seen Morph played.

So Rogue is in the store. I wanted her too but I don't know if she's worth the points or I should just wait. I only immediately know I want her for my Mr Negative deck.

What I know I want more from series 3.
