I usually buy the biggest one I find at Kroger - handles 100+ loads or whatever. Arm and Hammer or All usually. I put about half a cap's worth into each load. Most of it in the bottom of the wash and spot treat any stains + put a bit of it on top of the pile of clothes in the wash.

Seems to work out ok.

If the teacher writes something on the blackboard, you write it in your notebook.

You do the reading assignments assigned each day (actually read the chapter or whatever).

If there's a piece of info you don't really understand, slow down and try to figure out what it means.

The night before the exam, read over your notes again and any exam review stuff the teacher gave you. Maybe flip through those chapters briefly.

That's it.

For a big exam, like a final go over the notes one more time an hour before the test.

That's all I ever did throughout high school and college and I was an honors kid.

Buy a big package of Italian Style Meatballs (frozen). Buy some Velveeta cheese.

Heat the Meatballs in the microwave. Heat a portion of the Velveeta cheese in a covered dish until it's fully melted.

Combine the Meatballs and melted cheese. Cheesy Velveeta Italian Meatballs.

Good? Bad? Does it need something else? Meat and cheese.

Note: Will probably make more than one meal worth of food.

I don't really know, but I think they have to react to how the crowds receive things and also anything random or unexpected that happens.

So I feel like they probably have a rough "outline" for like a whole half a year out but they probably only do detailed real plans like a week or two ahead. So you can adjust stuff I guess.

The next thing is to tell your realtor what your price range is and what features you care about and then go out and start looking at houses. I looked at 11 in person before I found the one I really wanted.

Then you have to negotiate with the sellers. That'll be .....interesting in the current market. I was able to get the sellers to pay all the closing costs of the sale, which ended up being like $5k value right there.

Then you sign a bunch of papers, write the biggest check of your life, get the loan and escrow started, they move out and you move in.

You may need a washer+dryer and a lawn mower if those don't come with the house. You'll also need to sign up for your electric, water, waste disposal, and internet services at the new place.

It's a lot of stuff all at once. Oh and also actually moving your stuff in. Get family or friends to help if you can. Congrats.

Well, you could look for a real estate agent who specializes in new buyers. I got one and it really helped out. One big thing though is that if you can do 20% down payment you get the MUCH cheaper homeowners insurance that will save you thousands and thousands of dollars.

So I would say figure out what your price range is going to be and save up the money to do the 20% down payment.

It's a shitty situation all around TC, but you're doing everything you can and handling things better than most. I don't even want to think about what I'll do when my Dad gets older.

Hope for the best prepare for the worst. If he ends up not making it, it's really going to hurt that moment it becomes real to you. At the very least I hope he goes peacefully and you and your family get closure.
