Eh just answering the question. Not like I got stabbed or anything, but it definitely hurt lol. Guy was qb in football and the ball he threw was pretty hefty.

I don't want to type it all up but the most overt case was a guy took a few sheets of construction paper, balled it up and wrapped it in packing tape and threw it full force at my face in the middle of class. It was pretty good, best marvel movie in a while imo. Idc about accuracy to source material. The jokes landed, Chris Hemsworth is entertaining and Natalie Portman was there.

You'd be less likely to injure yourself if strengthen your whole core tbh, which includes lower back. Try adding some sets of back raises to your core workout maybe.

You can also try stretches, they can lower back pain and build muscle pretty safely. Supermans, bridges and seated floor touches are good and not strenuous.

My ab workout is planks, mason twists, crunches, side bends, leg raises, and sometimes side planks. Look up videos for proper form, ideally you would have a mirror nearby so you can keep an eye out if you are slipping up.

But the lower back issue might need addressing, better to address pain now then have it worsen later I assure you. Do you work out your lower back, and does it hurt when you do?

Never got far into it mostly cause one of the friends I played with was "that guy" who aggros everyone he can and intentionally makes dumb choices. Still plan on giving it a try eventually, but I haven't had the urge to redownload it in a while.

I'm looking forward to sunbreak, but still salty they didn't just include it on initial release. Might not buy it right away, depends on if my friends want to get right into it.

Liked how big it was, huge levels teeming with collectables that often require coming back with a new character to finish off. Each kong felt very unique with their own specialties and upgrades.

Didn't really have any dislikes as a kid, but looking back on it the performance was kinda ass.

Let's me say that. I feel like sex education is very important. There should be NO adult who learns what a vasectomy in their 30s. Like he said he does wear condom time from time but he should have a back up plan and got his self snipped. Then offer a plan B.
But when it all else fails. He did the right thing and told them ahead of time, "I do not want any kids." He should be absolved from fatherhood. It is tough, but he did let her know. He isn't given a choice.

His choice was to have sex without birth control, any and all consequences after that choice are his to bear. Lack of education sucks but that's not a sufficient excuse to shirk responsibilities.
