There's no debate. People are carrying on with life in the real world. Only older women and rudderless SJW types think this is a debate. It's more like older women(specifically) complaining and the type of guy who crusades for literally anything any woman says supporting them.

Awesome. So let's do the same with shitbulls, the breed that cannot seem to go an hour without finding something to shake to death for absolutely no reason.

I have no issue with Dogo's and other breeds like them. Why? They are fucking expensive and people that drop over a grand on a dog by and far are not trashy ignorant people and will actually train their dog.
Literally anyone with $50 can go get a shitbull with a sketchy past from the pounds which are constantly full of the damn things so they figure if it doesn't work out who cares I'm only out $50 and will just return it.

The low cost of entry and easy access to shitbulls is a huge factor in the problem.

My ex and I volunteered and an animal rescue, and while we had to pass an assessment to walk and swim with "certain" dogs and most kids and women were banned from walking them because they failed the walk test, the shelter was marketing "those dogs" as family friendly and trying to get them adopted. They had green, yellow and red categories. red dogs were crazy and had to be kept locked up, this category was all pits except one dog. Yellow was for dogs with slight temperament issues but were "functional" and for demoted red dog, this was mostly you know whats. Green dogs had almost no you know whats among them.

So they didn't let people who came to volunteer work with nanny dogs on their grounds where they have liability, but pawned them off to unsuspecting families just to get them out the door.

EDIT: This shelter also has a massive menagerie of feral cats with feline AIDS. not sure why they keep them along with the "red" dogs around.

Bad training and owners are the main cause, but pits sadly are known to snap more in those situations.

Honestly ban backyard breeders and restrict pits by require licensed training requirements from a certified trainer. They can be good dogs, but they need some of the most work.

Activist owners adopt those dogs though and think their hugs and "social justice" ways can make the dogs no longer violent. Those type of dog need to be destroyed, period.

Right, I mean, just look at all these daily reports of loose dogo's attacking and terrorizing the neigh- oh wait, my bad, that doesn't happen and shitbulls have led that metric by a landslide for decades and it's not even close.

You don't see rampant dogo attacks because the breed is both regulated or banned....worldwide. I'm originally from NY and had to give mine up because they're banned in the state. They're banned in many countries or restricted, and many US states have restrictions...so why not for pitbulls? Many types of dog breeds have some kind of restrictions on them, except the most populous and aggressive breed. Pretty much half of the terrirer and mastiff breeds have either bans or restrictions in America, it's not a big deal to do so for pitbulls, which are just as dangerous and outnumber all other dogs by a wide margin.

Yes. Id be happy with requiring a licence + training to own a dog

But most pitbull activists don't "train" their dog. They think sitting in a house/apt and hugging it is enough, then it kills the UPS guy when they go on vacation. These people are legit mentally ill and think they can communicate with and talk to animals like an RPG character. Not to mention the big issue is not only the owner, but which pitbulls they get. Applying "social justice" to dogs that should be put down.

Despite me not being one of you crazed pitbull activists I have actually owned 3 over my lifetime, but I'm not only responsible, we also raised them and trained them. Some old, abused ex fighting dog isn't going to become sweet and grateful, it's going to behave for its food source and attack other people, as we see time and time again. This woman whose babies got literally shredded was one of you as suspected.

Arguing online like a dumb ass political debate while leaving the time bomb around her children. She should have trained the dogs at least instead of shitposting pitbull activism. And i bet because she thought kissing and holding them to her breast was proof all pitbulls are good and "it's just the owners", the dogs were jealous when she had to raise her real children.

The friendliest, least aggressive dog I have ever owned was a pitbull, and I still recognize they're inherently dangerous, just like many large dogs. It's funny that despite much lower incidents of mangling and murder, people don't deny rotties, german shepherds and many types of mastiffs can be dangerous.

Collect any 5 pitbull attack stories now and only 1 to 2 are the stereotypical drug dealer/illegal breeder with obviously out of control dogs. Most of the owners are pitbull activists who swear the dogs were good babysitters. If any type of requirement comes out(like every other country has) most pitbull activists will just protest and disobey.

1. why do people think pitbulls are good family dogs?

2. why do they always get 2 or 3 of the fuckers?

Mindless "activism" causing people who apply social justice to dogs to adopt crazed, abused adult pitbulls in large numbers, they don't even get puppies to raise. Yea, a few 6 year old ex fighting dogs make great family pets in these peoples' minds. And the more carnage happens, the more adopt to try and disprove the fact that pits are dangerous.

https://www.inquirer.com/news/philly-judge-genece-brinkley-criminal-court-reassigned-20221221.html

A Philadelphia judge who once sparked controversy by jailing the rapper Meek Mill for probation violations has been transferred to civil court and had all of her pending criminal cases reassigned a highly unusual move that the judge has called unlawful as she attempts to have it reversed.

The unfolding legal battle is the latest chapter in a months-long conflict between Common Pleas Court Judge Genece Brinkley and judicial leadership, a feud that began in part over questions about whether Brinkley was showing up to the courthouse on time or managing her caseload effectively. Since the reassignment, lawyers and judges who have reviewed dozens of Brinkleys cases have discovered a history of her appearing to impose illegal sentences, allow sentences to run past their maximum date, or failing to swiftly address cases remanded to her by higher courts.

This summer, Brinkley, who is Black, filed a gender and racial discrimination complaint against two supervising judges on the court, both of whom are also Black women. And earlier this month, she turned to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court seeking to reverse the decision to reassign her cases, saying in a petition that it raises unwarranted suspicions about [her] integrity and performance.

Courthouse observers have been left stunned by the dispute, which represents more than just a messy fight between elected officials. Judges hold a unique position in the criminal justice system, with vast authority over cases that affect the lives of defendants and victims.

At least one prominent stakeholder supported Brinkleys reassignment. Keisha Hudson, chief of the Defender Association of Philadelphia, said she was very encouraged that judges in leadership were working to address complaints about Brinkley that lawyers in her office have been voicing for years.

We have long raised concerns about Judge Brinkley, Hudson said. Concerns in terms of judicial temperament and cases on an individual basis.
