Could be scum theatre between the both of them. I don't necessarily think it was planned scum theatre, however. When I was scum I was told to just be separate from everyone else on D1 so town couldn't link us.

Scum theater is a phrase that is bandied about a lot but in practice happens very little.

As for the godfather, it depends - a GF might scan inno but have guilty flavor, might be a flavor GF but scan Scum, or might have both... It can go any which way.

And Detective has historically been something different on our board.

Keep in mind, Dumey started the "I was gonna claim but decided not to hohoho" thing which Sheep then echoed.

Dumey responded this way almost instantly - ofc he can understand and believes Sheep in that moment, because Dumey's plan was the same.

That's a snap belief that Sheep is thinking the same way as he is - when Scum wouldn't be so quick to be dismissive of a lynch option, especially as Chris implied for Sheep at one point.

He scanned someone who was an obvious high risk nightkill candidate who apparently also got shot and saved for being such obvious town.

This logic doesn't quite track.
Scum would be more likely to scan someone who is obvious Town who they think might be saved, rather than shoot them. That way they can know if they have to put resources into someone they think they might not be able to kill.

If you're going to allow a claim a leash, you have to allow them some length. Perfect info tells Scum how to prepare to intercept.

Also, Ulti, Sheep is specifically playing NOT good. His arguments haven't been cogent. It's the same reason Chris didn't look good D1.

Sheep I think gave himself away. If, if, IF he somehow turned up Town after all of that, then I'd flip back onto JC.

I believe Crescent's role is fairly guessable at this point, and since Ulti believes the same, I'll just point out that Scum, especially under Chris, has enough ingenuity here to not be bamboozled.

Scanning Crescent was very dumb btw. There were two claimed vanillas and Crescent was probably the most universally townread player after Wall (and she had voting Chris over him). Town is not immune to making dumb plays though, Han.

"Weak Tracker" is what Scum calls themselves when they can't claim Tracker because they don't know who Crescent targeted.

Also, let's take a look at this here.

Crescent is saying "Scanning me is dumb".
If that is true and Town wouldn't scan Crescent, then it is more likely JC is Scum.

JC not giving up the scan right away reads as "I'm waiting for my Scumteam to decide with me what to do" I mean we've seen that 1000 times.

Cody, I'm glad you also love her. Starsa is such a joy. She's great because the nature of the character makes her easy to pop in and out of most scenes/sessions. She has used her powers to help us on a few missions. She's just wonderful. And I got a commission with her in it, once!

We asked about putting her on Wonder Woman to Queen Aga'po, who said it should work. So hopefully it does!
