All the mini games have well written tutorials. The mini games themselves don't hold your hand though. Honestly going for 100% completion list in Yak games is overkill cause it's a lot of grinding. Many sane people consider a Yak game "complete" if you do the main game, side missions(sub stories) and secret boss.

Once when my cousin and I were road tripping from Chicago to Memphis. Took a 2 hour nap at a well lit state managed rest stop.

You have to play and fill certain requirements in all minigames to fill the completion list in all the Yakuza games. Be lucky that some Yak games don't require 100% completion list for the Plat trophy.

They cancelled it because the response to the hunting episode was so great that they asked Starburns to veer in that direction. Then he made the episode where the rape victim sexually fantasizes about her rapist because it was the only time she had an orgasm and performs a coat hanger abortion. For some reason, they thought that was a little too dark, so they cancelled it.

I shouldn't have said can't believe they cancelled it. I know why and the episode that did it. Just upset they cut the final season episode count in half.

Another good tip for ya. Say you have a 3 and 5 tile looking for a 4. If you get a 6, discard the 3 tile. You now have a 5 and 6 looking for either a 4 or 7. Higher chance of completing your set/meld if you're trying for a 456 or 567 rather than just a 345.

Yeah it's a shitty situation. I love drinking but I need some decent sleep and the constant brain fog is screwing me up when trying to study for my certification. I just have other things I need to focus on at the moment. I'm not quitting but an indefinite break is needed.

Same. I ignored mahjong in the games until Judgement. After watching a couple videos, playing several hands in the game, and bugging CyricZ with a couple questions, the basics clicked with me. I enjoy playing it even though I don't know anything outside of the basics.

My biggest mistake at the beginning was thinking my discard pile was the hand I was trying to make to win the game. Lol

Oh man. I relate to that waking up feeling fantastic. That would happen to me all the time in my early 20s. Get super drunk and go to sleep at 3am then wake up at 7am feeling like I got the best sleep ever. Last few years, it's been wake up in the middle of the night feeling tired but unable to actually fall asleep. It sucked.

Probably about as many that watched the THoHs back in the 90s. A lot of those back then were Twilight Zone parodies. Most of my friends in school watched The Simpsons back then but didn't know about TZ.

@Johnny_Nutcase Alcohol is both a downer and an upper of sorts. At first it can help you sleep but after a certain amount of hours it'll actually wake your body up. Either taking you out of REM sleep so you're still asleep but not getting that full rest or just waking you up in the middle of the night.

Then if you don't drink a night or two you still get shit sleep. You need to be sober several weeks before your body starts sleeping well again. Haven't drank since mid Sept and it took me about 3 weeks before I started sleeping better. Prior to this I had been sleeping like shit for 3-4 years.

Eh, depends. Once you get used to breaking down a process into small actionable pieces it becomes easier. Take the always running app example I mentioned in the previous post. "I want this app to always run." Ok well what do you need to make sure that happens? That's where you figure out you need a command to check if it's running. If it's not running what now? Figuring out the command to start the app. Now you need that to check automatically on a timer. How do you do that? You don't even need to script/automate the entire process all at once. Each step you automate is one less step you manually have to do.

The biggest thing imo is getting tripped up on formatting issues. What I mean is you know what command you need to use to do the thing but it doesn't work cause you accidentally typed an extra " symbol somewhere. Taking time to look over your script multiple times until you finally catch your mistake can be frustrating. Good thing though. Once it works you're set.

Current Windows operating systems run entirely on Powershell. Any button you click in the GUI is running a Powershell command behind the scenes. Quick example for your use case...you could create a PS script that would search every folder on your computer other than system folders for mp3 files and move them into a single folder.

Is there an application you always want running but crashes on occasion? Create a PS script to check if the app is running. If not, have the script start the app. Then toss that script in Task Scheduler and set to run every 10 mins or whatever.

Have a script check a folder for new files. Every time it detects new files in that folder, do x with them like make a backup copy and send that copy to a Google Drive. Now you have automated backups that are saved to the cloud.

Stayed sober all weekend because I don't know.

I'm actually taking a hiatus on the drinking. Been sober since 9/12 so far. Haven't been sober more than two weeks in....13 years? Generally don't go more than a 1-2 days but I've started becoming more concerned about my future health like dementia and other memory loss stuff. It's unfortunate because it doesn't affect my day-to-day life and my wife doesn't mind my drinking. I just don't want to be on the verge of checked out by the time I hit retirement age.

Bourbon: Basil Hayden's is the only bourbon I really care for. It's mid shelf so not super cheap but not super expensive either. ~$35-40 I think.

Rum: Bacarti Spiced Rum. Similar to Capt Morgan but slightly cheaper in price and slightly less sweet tasting.

Whiskey: I'm classifying this as the scotch category so Laphroaig. Already mentioned Monkey Shoulder to you but I'm tossing you an Islay region one here. Tastes like I'm sipping some well seasoned dripping from a steak down by the sea. Islay scotch is my favorite type of scotch. It's also the most love it or hate it style of scotch.

I'm no tequila connoisseur but it's my main drink. Go to is 1800 Silver. Love pouring a small glass of that straight from the freezer.
I basically find my one drink in each spirit category and generally stick to it. Only exception is scotch cause there's so much variety there.

If you have an Aldi near you, they have a brand of wine called Winking Owl that comes in all sorts of whites and reds. It's super cheap and pretty tasty stuff. One bottle of 12.5% red will run you around $3.50

Wife and I have been watching a bunch of Halloween and horror related stuff together. I've also been watching some of the more gory/scary stuff on my own. Our friend group has either moved away or grown apart so no partying like in the past.

Couple years back we had a Halloween party at the house and my wife made this spiced apple cider punch so boozy that everyone got trashed. Half the people had to stay the night cause she got them so drunk without realizing.

I'm always super protective over my things. Last time something bad got knocked over was a glass of tequila a few years ago on the coffee table. It ate away the protective coating on the table...

I just replayed both the South Park RPGs a couple weeks back. Love those games so much.

Playing The Stick of Truth for the first time back in 2014 is probably the greatest gaming experience I've ever had. I've loved South Park since the beginning, so my hype for that game was huge, and my expectations were just blown away.

It's still amazing how perfect they capture the animation of the show so it feels like you're playing through an actual episode.

Make sure you don't take those pills on an empty stomach. If you do then you'll regret it.

Also, like what post 7 said, that's 200mg of caffeine hitting you in an instant. I've given some pills to friends that thought they could handle it and they seriously fuck up your stomach if you don't eat first and they can make you feel like you're having a panic attack. So watch out.

Oh god I forgot about this. Make sure you eat a little something first.

A store manager wouldn't have any control over the app. You'd have to reach out to Corporate or like someone else said, find a support/chat function through the app.

I'm similar these days. I generally have 3-4 games at a time that I rotate through. Play one for a couple days, switch to another game on a different console for a couple days, etc.

Did curbside pickup through Instacart during most of the Pandemic. Wife would put in the order before we went to bed and I'd pick it up the next day during one of my work breaks. We no longer had to schedule a grocery trip together and they only charged a $3 fee. Great.

Then my wife noticed the grocery stores started charging higher prices for food on Instacart vs getting it in store. That's when we quit and went back to in-person grocery shopping.

I'm not either. Only online games I'll play are fighters like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter cause I can hop on, play a couple matches, and hop off. I have time to game but it's not consistent throughout the week.

I used to take caffeine pills years ago for that exact same reason. It's cheap, didn't like coffee at the time, and didn't need to consume extra calories or sugar just to get the caffeine I wanted.

Biggest thing you need to watch out for with the pills. That 200mg of caffeine gets processed and hits you all at one unlike a drink(unless you're chugging it). You can go from tired to heart beating out your chest and eye balls vibrating out your head. I'd suggest taking half a pill at a time.

Yeah. Each game has idk 6 players? One is randomly picked to be Jason while the rest are camp counselors. Jason goes around the map trying to kill everyone while the counselors have to work together to escape. Stuff like finding parts around the map to fix the escape car. The counselors can also win by killing Jason but it's difficult.

I got this cold brew coffee drink at the grocery store the other night. I'm not big on coffee in general (cold brew/iced is the only kind I can drink anyway since any hot beverage will basically melt skin off my tongue and mouth so I won't drink anything heated) but this shit is fucking delicious. Perfect level of sweetness, chocolate (mocha) flavored. It's good on its own, but mixed with Peppermint Schnapps, it's fucking godly, like a sweet minty chocolate/coffee drink that at an equal ratio is 25% abv. Perfect to enjoy for taste while getting slowly fucked up on.

My wife has started making cold brew at home recently. Each batch lasts us 3-4 days. It's so convenient to just open up the fridge and pour some strong coffee.
