Back when I quit McDonald's, I remember a manager saying 'whhhhyyyy!?!?!?'. I was 19 and thinking, 'what, you can't answer that for yourself?'. even without the drama of healthcare overhaul, my hours at fast food were ass, completely variable, and written at the whim of a brain-dead teenager. which prepared me perfectly for my years in the 'real' food industry!!!!

Actually saw the head manager make a shift manager clock out before midnight and clock back in after midnight so on paper it looked like he started a new day so his hours wouldn't go over that magic number that would be deemed full time hours.

And that's my issue they didnt account for how corporations would find ways around it.

Personal mileage may vary. I was just getting into the work force under bush. I was able to get full time hours in fast food. Under Obama could only get part time. And was outright told by multiple places it was cause Obama care. I know not really his brain child or whatever but he helped push it. Not thay against free health care just felt that particular one was shitty in how it panned out.

What state were you in? I mean, an employer can blame Obamacare, and it might have some fault - for sure. I'm not American, but didn't Obamacare still get some state tweaks or did it interact with the laws of different states in different ways?

and, I mean, you do say 'personal mileage may vary', so it is perfectly reasonable to suggest that other people in different workforces experienced different 'personal mileage' under Bush too.

right, so the free cam. if you don't touch the right stick after an attack, it'll reset to the 'behind your pokemon' view. yeah, it isn't an arena like in Sword/Shield. idk I skipped Sword/Shield. I like that the battle stays in the overworld, personally.

I think you could be totally right, but I do think DeSantis is the most likely Republican to actually pose a threat to him. You're right that he isn't a moral highground in the even minute way that his previous competitors were. He's further right than Cruz or Rubio and more consistent than Trump who can occasionally play the other side, however duplicitously. idk basically I'm not surprised either way
