You should catch one of her streams some time. I'm pretty sure she invented the "live learn" that some musicians do on Twitch. People pay her to learn a song in about 10-20 minutes. Then the 2nd half of her stream, people request songs she already knows. It's an incredible stream to watch or use as background noise while you're working or something.

Did you encounter it on your first visit to the crossroads? Its a boss that's usually meant for later in the game, though even still it can be hard to react to the attacks till you get used to it

Definitely not the first time in crossroads. You need the mantis claw just to reach him, don't you? Anyway, I have traverses through Greenpath, Fungal Wastes, Fog Canyon, and Mantis Village. My save has 10 hours logged on it.

I have encountered the Brooding Mawlek, and I am helpless against him. Now I have Google the hardest bosses in HK, and Mawlek never appears higher than #15. That means there are at least 14 bosses that are harder than this guy. Wtf.

Tywin is a GREAT character, and I believe you'll see that starting in season 2. My hats off to his actor, Charles Dance. Most of the scenes he appears in the show weren't even in the books, but he never feels out of place. In fact, the show is better BECAUSE of his appearances, not in spite of them.

Why ask this about Lizzo and no other overweight celebrity?

My only thing is, had none of these children reacting to the movie already seen the trailer or the box art? Maybe it's different in the digital age, but when I was a kid, I rarely ever watched a movie at home without seeing the lead actors/actresses on the cover of the movie already.

I'll play it at the party. I have a bit to learn. But I'm pretty good at guitar for someone who has only been practicing for 15 months. I think I'll be able to learn a few songs in a month and a half.

It's been nice to see Zelda 2 getting some love in the modern age, considering how badly it was shit on in the 90's and 00's (at least from my perspective). It's definitely not cut from the same cloth as most other entries in the series, but it does have plenty of unique value. I think the one thing that gives 2 its uniqueness was the addition of an overworld map; for all of the Zelda series' efforts to create epic adventures, the maps have always felt very confined and restrictive. Zelda 2's larger scale and multiple towns gave the quest a much grander sense of scale, a feeling that was absent from the series until BotW.

OoT is...well, if the entire game was like the middle third (becoming an adult, getting Epona, Hookshot, Forest Temple, having the freedom to go out of order and do Ice Cave / Biggoron's Sword / Water Temple early), it would easily be the GOAT of the series. But the first three child dungeons bore me to tears, the game kinda loses steam in the last few dungeons (particularly the final dungeon), and the OoT version of Ganondorf is one of the biggest unintentional dorks in gaming, to the point where even as a kid I couldn't take his derpy cliched ass seriously. When you are effortlessly outclassed in coolness and intimidation by your phantasmal doppelganger, it's time to pack it in.

I agree with almost all of your post. But OoT Ganon is STILL the coolest-looking Ganon, and the best Ganon boss fight.

Same, except I learned the minor drain spell instead of Magic Missile.

Although if you read your character's bio, it says he/she felt like learning opportunities were constrained in the citadel, and knows they would be able to learn more with experience out in the real world.

Trying to be closer to this female co-worker for 2 and a half years. The whole time, I thought she just thought I was boring and uninteresting, and I wanted desperately to change her mind. Turns out, on her last day at work, she told everyone she thought I was creepy and she basically hated me.

It's okay, all the people I care about are on my side and understand my side of the story. I count myself fortunate for that, because normally when an attractive girl tells people someone is a creep, people will automatically take her side and not even ask for the other person's side of the story.

It was the last great part, but not the peak.

End of Season 4 is still my favorite. Viper vs Mountain, which Tyrion's life hinged on. Tyrion escapes anyway and kills Tywin. Battle at The Wall. Joffrey's death. Arya and The Hound, Hound vs Brienne. I had the stupidest fucking grin on my face when Arya gave the coin to that Bravosi man. I had been waiting on that payoff for a while.

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can remember.

I still can't decide if I like Metroid Dread or Super Metroid more

I played Dread immediately after completing Super when Dread released. I felt like Dread was the better Metroidvania, but got some points deducted by me because the bosses and cutscenes were annoying. If they are close to even in quality, I would probably pick Super most of the time, because beating it takes about half as long as Dread.
