So this girl covered in blood and with shrapnel in her face is screaming bloody murder and stumbles into this guy's swimming pool, so he runs away and then comes back with a flamethrower, and flamethrowers this screaming girl while she's in the pool, and instead of like going into the water she's just standing up and being torched to death.

And in all the youtube comments are people saying how funny this was and that the theater audience cheered when they saw the flamethrower.

Replicated food isn't 1:1 to the actual thing in terms of flavor/effect (Example: Real alcohol vs. synthehol; not as easy to get drunk off the replicated stuff.). Think of it as real chicken vs vegan chicken.

It also depends a little on the episode as to the disparity between real food and replicated, but another caveat is that replicators are not created equal; they have different 'resolutions' that impact the complexity of what they can produce.

A community replicator is like a TV frozen dinner (but healthier), while Quark's is closer to restaurant quality. Quark also imports a lot of delicacy foodstuffs which replicators cannot capture their nuances well.

Quark is Deep Space 9's cheat code. He is not just unbound but antagonistic to starfleet ideals which allows the writers to do a lot of stories that would be pretty much impossible on TNG. Not just antihero stuff but straight villain stories

I guess they like the idea of it. The fact his execution could've been better seems self-evident.

Undercover Boss is such a dystopic concept for a show... the capital owner coming in and playing pretend while the actual workers suffer through the inescapable reality of their lower standing... all while the owner has them filmed, scrutinizes them, and finally reveals his deception and doles out small rewards for the obedient ones and fires those who displeased him...

I started a game in middle school English class where you put a note on someone's back without them noticing and you wrote 'hint, hint' on the note (that part must've been some inside joke, I don't remember the point now). I think it may have got out of control and the teacher banned it, so I started keeping it between me and my friend Jack.

Well we were passing this note around with the words and a stick figure on it and kept adding details and at some point I decided to be edgy and gave him 'X' eyes and wrote 'dead' next to 'hint'.

Jack accidentally left it on the floor so it was discovered after we left, but it was obviously his since it was at his desk. So I got pulled to the vice principal's office and accused of writing a death threat.

Jack was there too and could obviously explain it wasn't serious but the VP was trying to break me or something and saying things like "why would you do something so horrible?" I recognized I was in trouble but didn't feel I did anything wrong so I kept my cool. I think I genuinely said to him "it was funny."

Somehow made my way out of that with no punishment at all, probably because I had a stellar record otherwise

Did HP goblins inherit anti-semitic traits historically assigned to goblins, it seems so unfortunately. Was that a deliberate attempt at anti-semitism by the author, I kinda doubt it. Does Hogwarts Legacy promote or further anti-semitism, I really doubt it.

1) Is inscryption an ARG? I think it's pretty obvious what I meant by that but I guess some of you want to insist ARG needs to specifically be you going to a fake Twitter page or whatever. Well guess what, GameSpot called it an ARG, and that's in the URL of gamefaqs. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

That's interrupted by you watching video clips of a guy pretending to be a card game youtuber who gets SPOOKED by the REAL copy of the game and then his terrible voice occasionally cuts in over the gameplay to comment on how WACKY or how SURPRISING what's happening it is.

It doesn't actually detract that much from the game, but it certainly does not add anything to it.

There is literally no way to conclude an ARG satisfyingly, it's just a bad concept.

I've been playing inscryption and I wish there were more games that were just actually the 2nd act where you play in the style of a JRPG but with card collection, like the GB Pokmon card game

It was my second non tutorial run and when he played the Moon I instant killed it with Reginald.
