not too familiar with Fulgur/Sonny like i've said before. most of what i've seen of Shu is through the Yugioh collab.

I do like what i've seen of Selen so far. I might actually like her voice the most. my favorite thing she's been in is that 30 minute conversation with Enna where they talk about how much they don't know about Pokemon.

i think i do like those casual/chatting/story streams/clips the most. the game-playing ones are just way too long and i just go to the timestamps to see if there's any interesting conversations that pop up since i rarely care about the game itself. i have let most of Rosemi's yugioh vids play all the way through though lol.

i would be fully prepared to watch a full playthrough of Enna's first Pokemon game though.

it's not that i was like "i'll never watch any vtubers because they're stupid" or whatever. more that the concept itself was just so foreign that i never envisioned it would be something i would be into considering at this point i never find new interests. i also just didn't watch a lot of streams outside of tournaments and events. they never really held my interest for too long in the past.

i think i was more confused than anything at how it worked when i first saw Rosemi clips. i knew about like Kizuna Ai and some clips of hers but other than i was largely ignorant of how much vtubing was a thing now. definitely wasn't a condescending thing.

yeah i've definitely felt that looking around.

up to now i've mainly watched Rosemi since her Yugioh Master Duel clips are what led me to even watching vtubers, something I never thought I would be doing. i've probably seen Elira and Finana the most after her, also found through Rosemi yugioh stream. unexpected favorite is Enna. and i've seen a varying amounts of everyone else with the exception of Noctyx members because of newness.

Every event so far the early stages I've played against some goofy decks so I'm not that worried about how well the deck would perform right now.

If only it hadn't have taken them this long to get a functional official sim up and running.

as someone who has watched/read plenty of boob shows/manga solely for boobs, i did not make it very far (manga), even though it had who i thought was like the hottest character ever at the time (Kanu). like i was so willing to get to at least her debut but couldn't do that because it was so boring.

i actually ended up paying half-attention because it got boring. so yeah i guess the appeal didn't last long. there was that part at the end where girl-body realizes lawyer guy is into her and is like getting thoughts of fucking with him and i was all about it because classic doujin scenario. throughout the ep, i was convinced this was the last ep i would see but by the end, i was like eh might as well watch at least one more. but man what a waste.

it works out to having the same effect on me whatever the reason. whether it be because it's showing the peprspective of the characters who view her as such or through plot reasons, the show insists that she's attractive and i can't deal with that mental disconnect.

Not really my thing. Was getting pretty tired and a bit annoyed through the course of both episodes. Each show got like one laugh out of me, which honestly might be more than some comedies (maybe) but yeah i won't be watching any more of them.

Fantasy Bishoujo Isekai

I'm all about this trash. It hit a lot of the points I wanted in a binge show but there is a big problem in that the premise is that the girl is supposed to be like super beautiful/hot. And this girl is absolutely not. Has no chance of being a personal favorite or anything but will definitely at least watch the second episode.

i remember thinking it was passable at the time; also a little perplexed that so many people were getting worked up over the ending(?) or something when it was pretty clear it was a dumb show from the beginning

first impressions after watching EP1s of the shows (2/6) mentioned in the last topic. i'll watch the first eps of everything and then decide which i want to continue from there. only first ep to go off of so i may be more nitpicky. the cons listed are definitely not overly serious complaints or anything.

+ i love RANKING SYSTEMS and that was easily the world aspect i most want to see developed

+ not a high school setting; though how much i like this particular fantasy setting could go both ways
- about a child(?)
- no immediate interest in any of the characters; obv only first ep but a lot of my favorite shows have characters that stood out to me from the first ep whether because of design, plot reasons, etc.
- shadow floor Unown repeating back everything Prince was saying instead of responding naturally
- townspeople being one-dimensionally shitty

not a pro/con but i was under the impression this was a comedy and was waiting for the joke for a while. i was in the mood for something more ridiculous/trashy but will definitely watch at least the second episode.

i would have liked to see a concept like this explored in a more unique/stylistic animation and really do some goofy things with the tricks/boarding aspect. instead it just seems like the conventional anime take on a hobby. i did laugh out loud as soon as blue hair guy said "this is vaguely similar" because it was going to reveal he was a snowboarder from Canada with blue hair
