well - espresso has a ton of caffeine in it, the cream is about 1/4 cup of frothed milk I believe. One tbsp of sugar is still a lot. I still wouldnt drink more than 1 a day tbh.

If you drink coffee black, its actually not bad at all for you. It will act as a appetite suppressant, but also a slight diuretic. Should drink plenty of water.

I dont see how 3-4 cups of black coffee is bad. If spread out across the day.

if you add a lot of cream/sugar I wouldnt go for more than a cup a day.

Even though Max is basically brain dead it feels really cheap for Eleven to save her. Also it was stupid for Eddy to die. And they need to find something else for Will to do other than cry about Mike not wanting to fuck him. max isnt brain dead - she was mentally OK before she died. Her heart stopped for 1 minute which afaik isnt necessarily enough time for the brain to be permanently damaged. And given that eleven jump started her heart thousands of miles away telepathically Im sure she will find a way to fix her. She was in a medically induced coma and they figure shes brain dead but really shes probably trapped under Vecnas control.

Will getting so broken heartd over Mike is just annoying - I empathize hes a queer teen in the 80s, but they really need to stop with the emotional mess he becomes when he knows Mike is just not
interested in him like that.

He was a focal and important character for 2 seasons, kinda fell off in season 3 and in season 4 just becomes irrational but at the same time the thing that keeps will and eleven working. Im figuring he will and should be important in fighting off the upside down given his attachment to it.

eddys death was only required (unfortunately) because they had nothing else to do for this character. It would have been great if Jason survived (another ridiculous death tbh, he was a jock douche but he never really came off as a genuine bad guy.) he could have seen the shit that happened and went to bat for Eddy to clear his name. But he was just another sacrificial goat to keep main cast members in the good graces of the writers.

In the television/cable topic I said that there was very little risks and stakes for the main characters and this seasons solidifies that.

dont get me wrong I enjoyed this season, its the second best season behind the 1st.

but the amount of plot armor given to the main cast is borderline hysterical.

I dont think main cast members need to die - but given the circumstances and what they deal with, the fact that no one has yet bit the dust is actually absurd.

Max surviving the first encounter and then volunteering to be the bait again, only to die but be practically resurrected by Eleven is the deus ex machina that drives me nuts. It just makes it clear that if Eleven is involved youre probably safe. Shes approaching god tier powers if shes able to make someones heart beat in their minds thousands of miles away. Shes the answer to every problem, which isnt the worst thing in a sci-far series. But theres got to be permanent consequences at some point.

its a minor/petty negative to me, but its still a solid show and the final episode really paced well for a 2:20 episode.

I mean - I doubt hes one of the best OoT rando runners. Ive seen much better and hes already run at least one other game and I think hes on for another.

of course hes very involved with GDQ which leads me to believe he gets favored in being selected for runs which to me diminishes the chances of other runners from appearing and especially new runners.

also - his words about being pushed 3 hours behind speaks about the organization of the event itself.

I am noticing a lot of downtime between runs and coupled with runs that didnt meet and exceeded the expected completion time.
