Contrary to the portrayal of most popular media, a lot of criminals aren't doing it because they "have to" but because they can.

Is there a source for this? I know it's not as cut and dry as in any given criminal drama, but being in and out of psych wards for much of my childhood has taught me that most people committing stupid crimes were already failed in multiple ways. Very few people, outside of psychopaths, just up and do something criminal because they can.

I don't really get the "turn your brain off" thing. I mean, the movie kinda determines how much thought it involves, right? Pure dragonball-esque spectacle doesn't give you much to think about, but it's just nice to see. A plot that fucks up while trying to be intricate is going to have that glaring issue all up in your brainspace, though.

Honestly, I think I could make this work. For survival, I mean. I wouldn't cheat on my girl.
