Proving that he more likely than not did something, is not a high enough standard in a criminal trial.

It doesn't mean an average person like you or me can't conclude he did it; and doesn't even mean he can't be found legally liable in a civil trial, but criminal trials require proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it, not merely that him doing so is the most likely course of events.

Just like in many other cases, it's a case of collectively judging a group by the actions of its most visible members.

The graphics are pretty cool.

The level design... it's by no means bad, but it could be better. I consider "Off Beat" to be on par with some of the best levels from the original trilogy, but that's the only level in Crash 4 that stood out to me in a purely positive way. Aside from that though, while the levels certianly aren't terrible, they don't generally feel all that special either. The wire-grinding mechanic is very overused IMO. I was actually worried that the quantum masks might be overused and feel out-of-place prior to playing the game, but when I actually played it, I found they fitted in pretty well and for the most part were used reasonably.

The difficulty... it's definitely hard. But for the most part, it retains the "hard but fair" aspect of the original trilogy - the only thing I would say went too far, was the last part of the final level, where you have to rapidly activate/deactivate quantum masks, while near-constantly falling, and very frequently changing which mask you have - at least as far as simply completing the game goes. The collectibles though... yeah, I just didn't bother.

The playing-as-other-characters thing was interesting, though I kind of feel like it should have been relegated to optional levels only.

Overall - I would recommend it, just don't expect it to be as good or as "Crash-y" as the original trilogy or the first two GBA games. It's still good, just not original trilogy good.

First step, buy the rights to Lemmings. Second step, bring it back in a way that's suitable for modern audiences, but also keeps the spirit of the game and isn't microtransaction-filled bullshit like the recent mobile game. Also goes without saying that the moment I've acquired the licence, that game disappears into the void (or alternatively, is updated to remove the microtransactions and either becomes completely free, or else free to anyone who's previously made microtransactions on it and a one-off purchase price with no further costs for new players).

Like most people who try to judge an entire group as a monolith that all think and act the same and have the same intellectual capacity, they are wrong, and you would be wise to treat their advice with caution next time.

I had my first job at 15, and would've done so even younger if I were allowed tbh. Schooling isn't a useful use of time for everyone after a certain point, and while I did well in it, I can't say I've ever used almost anything I learnt there beyond when I was 13ish for anything more purposeful than trivia.

Though any such measure would need to be a voluntary thing. Fuck forcing anyone to get a job that young.
