I havent seen any Marvel movie Post-Infinity War

I havent played a First Person game since RE7 and will continue to not do so.

I havent played or purchased a Nintendo product since Pokmon Black/White

And I havent seen any of the movies you listed either except The Dark Knight which while on the topic of being edgyIll admit I dont think its that good nor do I think Ledgers Joker was very good.

I've only seen like 3 Marvel films? The first Thor movie, the second Captain America movie, and Guardians of the Galaxy. I figured it'd be too long of a list to write out every single one.

I'm not crazy about FPS. I like the Borderlands games, if those count -- but that's about it.

Do you still play video games? Switch is great! Although I guess Steam is better if you've got an actual desktop. And why did it end with B&W -- the best Pokemon gen?

The Thing

Massively overrated. Carpenter is just overrated in general. The Thing and Halloween are I guess fine films on a technical level - but plenty of other stuff exists out there that's better. They Live and Big Trouble in Little China are entertaining films that are serviceable enough - but I wouldn't say either are masterpieces.

This is so weird to me. It's like one of those bands that tries so hard to just mix up genres as much as they can in one song or album. Some parts are synthy. Some parts remind me of that bad post hardcore or metalcore stuff people called emo in the early '00s -- with the mix of really contrived, guttural screams with singing parts (except the singing parts obviously aren't whiny white males doing nasally pop punk voices). Some parts just seem like metal? It's odd. I don't like it. I wouldn't judge someone else for liking it, though. Seems very niche.

That's cool he was in Acid Bath, I guess. I'm not crazy into doom, sludge, or any slower metal. This solo stuff is super tedious to me. It's like what I'd think of if I heard the generic word "rock," even if it's a little more elevated and the music seems well composed and not totally corny. I could see this being played in like, an indie horror film set in the South -- and they're in like a "cool" bar.

How am I/do I play stupid? Maybe only 1/10 of my posts are shitposts, and it's usually obvious -- and I do post things to make people angry, but those are usually threads I start myself.

Like that's a legitimate post. How fucking boring would life be if you only read/watched things you agreed with? Like we get it - these kinds of people already act like children, and view things in really childish, dichotomous ways. They already don't understand nuance. But it's just ironic to me that they're actively such heavy consumers of popular culture and popular media and then act surprised if/when someone rich and famous is shitty.

I have a lot of fond memories of Gen 1 and will always love it for introducing me to what is one of my favorite franchises, but in many ways it feels rushed and unfinished.

When it came out I was in 4th or 5th grade? I remember being a huge PS1 fanboy then and big into RPGs - and I remember wanting to not like it or play it just due to its popularity. I played Monster Rancher and Dragon Warrior Monsters instead.
It wasn't until my friends convinced me to play Gen 5 with them the day it came out that I got into the franchise. After Gen 5 I went back and played Gen 2, 3, and 4. I didn't play Gen 1 until they had this Pokemon MMO hack that I played with my gf at the time -- and woof, playing Gen 1 for the first time after playing Gens 2-5 really makes you see how flawed it is.
