The only reason I could follow the plot was because I had a friend spoon feeding me all the lore, because this movie does a really terrible job at it, as we were watching in an almost empty theater.

That's probably one of the reasons it did so badly. They made a movie for fans of Warcraft and forgot that they had to make it something non-fans could watch as well.

Having any sort of exception in your rent control guarantees it will distort the market. If you are going to do it, then it needs to apply to everything equally. Not having it apply to single family houses discourages construction of duplexes and other multi unit housing. Not having it apply to luxury rentals means those will be made if a multi-unit structure is built. Not having it apply to short term rentals encourages moving properties from the long term market to the short term one.

It isn't hypocritical to think Kamoshida is way, way worse. Letting a student slack off in class or getting hired by your student in your 2nd job is nowhere near comparable to physically and sexually abusing dozens of students.

Kamoshida abused every student he had power over. He was an absolute piece of shit. Kawakami doesn't do anything remotely close to that.

Unicode decides on what emoji are official, but the way they are displayed is up to the various companies that use them.
