Some people really hate megas though.

Out of all the gimmicks, not only is it the most loved but it makes the most sense. Pokemon revolves around the idea of evolution and mons taking on a stronger form. I am wondering who hates it because it seems universally loved? Its a great way to take old or underpowered pokemon and give them competitive viability. Charizard for instance, as much as he is loved, he is a terrible pick but C.Y. is great.

It felt too drab and somber. Like they went for the atmosphere of a Batman movie - as if they were embarrassed by the source material and opted to not make it too traditional or silly - and ended up not feeling like Superman at all.

I used to love this show, last episode I can remember enjoyed watching was somewhere after the Slut Dragons in their Slut cave. Cant honestly remember if I finished S4. Felt like the show was going downhill. Not that the early seasons didnt have their share of bad episodes but jeez started to feel like I was enjoying only 1-3 episodes a season after S2.

Oddly excited for the Rick and Morty Anime.

I don't know about it tasting worse but cuisine has definitely improved over the ages as we learn different cooking methods and cuisines from different cultures are combined. A good number of "authentic" dishes used to be rather bland because that's just what impoverished people could afford to eat
