Look guys it's one thing to prefer the english voice over if they are actually good but if we're talking about Dragon Ball here they do more than just voice overs. They literally change the identity of the show by using mistranslations and changing the tone with using heavy metal music.

They use to call the kamehameha the kameyameya for years and they still call Piccolo's Demon Ray the Special Beam Cannon. Preferring the DB dub is like saying you like prefer the Mega Man 1 cover art.

I have been telling people to just learn SQL. It's not a programming code but it's query coding and is incredibly viable today and on to the future and it's the fucking easiest thing to learn.

Obviously you can care about things happening in the world while also tryna take care of yourself but some people just seem to have so much energy and time to worry about things way beyond their control and even their understanding. Is it safe to assume your personal life is situated enough to have the privilege to worry about global worldly problems?

You don't even need an account to view the game/console boards. There's a ton of information on those boards. CE might be the most active board but it's hardly what represents the traffic on this websight like a lot of people think it does.

The issue is people think they're so god damn important that if they stop coming here it means a ton of people will follow suit.

I have a buddy who works for a Fortune 500 company and he tells me they hire people with lots of experience and really just throw them to the wolves and to put out all the fires with little to no instructions. This causes them to have quite the turn over rate.

For me, a company that hires you and wants to mentor and slowly process you into their company is a sign of a good company. Regardless of your knowledge, every company is different and they all run differently even if your title is the same. My senior coworkers have been awesome to me, willing to teach me things and even tolerate my dumb questions. They really want me to get it and my boss is willing to pay for any kind of school or class to get me up to par with the work environment even at a slow pace.

Point is if a company is investing in you then it's a sign of a good company.

Or just some powerful leader?
