Wired is the way to go. Charging wireless headphones is a hassle.

Holy shit I didn't even think of the fact that the headphones would need to be charged. The amount of people itt not vehemently against wireless headphones is honestly disconcerting. I'm perplexed by it.

I don't like headphones/earphones in the first place, but I definitely don't like them wireless. At least with wired I can just hang them on my ears instead of literally sticking them so close to my eardrums

Cheat codes back in the day were used internally at game companies to help test games faster for bugs and to help stretch the limits and possibilities of what would happen in a game so they could determine if the regular game was even going to break or not. It's this crazy old thing we called quality control because back then, you couldn't patch a game. If you shipped it broken, it stayed broken and the only way to "fix" it was to correct future copies of the game...and that usually didn't fly well to make a customer buy something twice.

Actually I'll amend that to say Mario+Rabbids digital as well because fuck swapping cartridges to play that game and it also gets so fucking cheap it's not even worth worrying about (it's $9.99 USD on the eShop right now and you can get it even cheaper from Ubisoft when they do their summer sale).

Heh tbh as much as I don't want to go digital the convenience of instantly playing the game instead of switching cartridges is just too convenient in the modern era. I mean we're paying more for less but I can't help it

Personally I would buy this game physically because it's an easy resell once you beat it, and it's not like it has mega replayability.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and maybe Breath of the Wild are the only two I'd do digital.

Facepalm but those are the only 2 I got physical (in addition to odyssey and smash)

Heck, attempting to play it like a dw game is a recipe for disaster because you'll lose instantly. Playing it like a persona where you constantly target weaknesses is the best way to go about it

Morgana's cat portrait is absolutely terrifying. I've always hated it since p5r. The giant blue eyes are way too big and look like they're staring into your soul, I wish they just keep his regular phantom thief portrait regardless if the metaverse is destroyed. Especially since by comparison, his regular phantom thief portrait is actually adorable and I love it.

Then again, maybe it makes sense to have joker again, they basically made them lovers in the Arkham games. I remember wtfing at the ending of City when Batman was walking out of the building, lovingly cradling joker's body while leaving the recently stabbed Talia to rot.

Damn that took me down a crazy rabbit hole of history, if the GTA codes were literally just discovered like that... what was the developers' intention with them, if they didn't intend to release them? Messing around in the GTA world with the cheat codes is basically one of the more iconic components of the series, crazy to think it wasn't intentional.

When Arkham Asylum lifted dialogue straight up from BTAS and the DCAU, I thought that meant the Arkham games were sort of connected, so in Knight I was confused why they even did red hood instead of literally anything else. It wasn't thematically tied to anything that happened in the previous games before, I mean was he even mentioned or had literally any kind of easter egg or reference in any of the 3 games? Even in Asylum there was a straight up sequel easter eggs with Clayface and such. And I thought there was a dangling plot line with "the spirit of Arkham" and like maybe they were gonna do that Owl City plot?

Also remember after Arkham City, Hamill said he was tired of the joker and was gonna retire him? I remember hearing that was the reason he didn't return for Origins. So I was surprised (and not in a good way) when there was Joker presence in Arkham Knight because I thought it would be interesting to see what they would do with another storyline.

Ok so I did all the sidequests and mastered the save file for new game plus. Now I can't load the save file anymore, it always takes me to new game plus. huh

If anyone was on the fence about this game before like I was, it's definitely worth it. Just a complete surprise in presentation and fun from start to finish.

Ok so it's already out on streaming gonna get it now

NSMBU is definitely a good game, but I don't know if I'd spend $40 for it. The only reason I have it, is finding it in a discount outlet for $7.

Just tried the demo few hours ago and honestly the game immediately clicked with me. This is so much better than I was expecting from the post DS era kirby games. Makes me want to go back and give the wii kirby games a second shot like return to dreamland.

The problems with Cavill's Superman had nothing to do with Cavill and everything to do with the script and direction.

It was a mistake to hand the reins to Snyder for the entire DC universe, the vocal minority that liked those movies are weird.

But Cavill was also wrong for the part. At least Brandon Routh looked the part, and tom welling was basically perfect for all american farm boy looks

I don't want anything too frustrating, as long as it's doable hopefully?

3D World might be more what youre looking for, I just bought it in the same sale. It looked more fun than Bros. U did.

Yup me too, got 3d world bowser fury and trusting it to be fun. I'm just amassing the big platformers to play in between all the rpgs as a breather.

I was looking for more 3d platformers but this looks like 2d based on the screen shots.

I remember playing New Super Mario Bros DS like 15 years ago, it was just okay. Don't know what a console version would be like, better? Worse?

Right; it's about Nintendo titles and convenient playing of indies for me.

I mean, when it comes to multiplat I tend to go for ps4 obviously, so it's only the exclusives or whatever's not available on ps4. If they ever release psychonauts 1 on switch as a non garbage port, I'd buy it
