I finally finished the postgame in PLA and got the shiny charm! Only shiny I found today was a Goomy

I realized I never properly finished PLA, so I decided to do the post game and finish the pokedex. Didn't finish that yet as I'm doing some power leveling before fighting the final trainer battle. I also sprinkled some shiny hunting in and while I was doing that, I unintentionally got a few shinies too.

I hunted:
Hisuian Basculin
Yanma
Hisuian Voltorb

I got random:
2 Lickitungs (this was really weird. I caught a shiny Lickitung. And a second later a second shiny Lickitung spawned in the exact same spot. No idea what happened there. At first I thought it didn't catch. Then later when I talked to the professor to leave, I had 2 shiny Lickitungs. It was the weirdest thing.)

And the flying Gyarados also spawned shiny lol

And again, I don't have the shiny charm.

Also divinity and time in Elder Scrolls are all wibbly wobbly timey wimey nonsense. People and even objects have temporarily became gods, and this fucks with time in all sorts of interesting fun ways, becuase in TES, if you were once a god, you were always a god, so if you somehow manage to achieve divinity, all of time literally rewrites itself to make it so you were always a god.

This is explained in Skyrim, but when people talk about the god Talos, and Tiber Septim, they're talking about the same person. When Tiber died he ascended and became a Divine. He's the only mortal non-elf to ever canonically achieve godhood iirc, and the Thalmor, being elven supremacists hate that and ban worship of him.

Yeah the entirety of Tamriel, including the country of Skyrim, was under the rule of one emperor, Tiber Septim, but he dies during the events of Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion. TES5 Skyrim is 200 years after Oblivion, and new political factions have popped up in that time and are trying to enact their will over the continent, and it's coming to a head in Skyrim.

You can buy the mixes from grocery stores though, if you cook them right they taste about the same.

This you can buy a mix. Actually, you can find a recipe online that doesn't require the mix. I've made both. The mix version is better, but there are options.

Have you never played an Elder Scrolls game before? The books are incredible. TES3 Morrowind is all about a religious prophecy and pilgrimage, and the writer, Michael Kirkbride did a whole bunch of acid and wrote all the religious texts of the dark elves, and it's a fucking wild ride. Also, The Lusty Argonian Maid is a classic of literature.

Already have 2 shiny Caterpies. The first one, I turned my 3DS on, walked into the grass on Route 1, BAM shiny Caterpie. Then 2 hours later got another one from chaining. Still need another Hoothoot and Mareep.

I dont think Ive ever tried them. Though, Ive seen some played. But I dont think Id have the patience to play the game well Haha Plus, while I like a challenge, some of the stuff in those games seem really hard

The thing about Fromsoft games is, typically, the difficulty curve flattens out pretty early on. And, actually, with a little bit of grinding, you can outlevel the game pretty easily, as long as you stick to a build and use appropriate weapons and spells, combat can become trivial. Bosses only have a limited number of things they can do, so eventually you'll learn the patterns and how to react to them. And don't worry about dying. You're gonna die in a Fromsoft game. But the game is fair. There's no cheap deaths.

And, what I love about Bloodborne specifically so much, is everything is super aggressive, and the only shield in the game is a piece of crap, so in turn, you learn how to be just as aggressive as the enemies. Bloodborne's combat is designed to make you play as riskfully as possible, and because of that, it's extremely fun.

FINALLY caught the final Alolan Geodude. And now I have all Alolan form Pokemon Shiny! In the time it took me to catch that third Geodude in Sun, I caught Inkay, Furfrou, Noibat, Hoothoot and Mareep in Ultra Moon. x_x

Now I think I'm gonna hunt for Caterpies in Sun while I continue to hunt Hoothoots and Mareeps in Ultra Moon.

So Putin is demanding Europe pay for gas in rubles, but Europe is going to pay in euros. Realistically what will happen, if Russia doesn't shut off the gas, is Europe will pay Gazprom in euros, and Gazprom will sell the euros for rubles.

Also it sounds like Russia is withdrawing from Hostomel. 20% of forces around Kyiv have retreated, and the fronts around Kyiv have been pushed back several miles. To the point that people can safely leave the shelters and somewhat return to normalcy.

Also, apparently a bunch of Russians were digging around the in the Red Forest, and now hundreds of them have acute radiation sickness. The Chernobyl workers tried to warn them about the danger, and apparently the soldiers didn't know about the accident... there's a freaking abandoned city there and signs all over the place warning of life threatening radiation....
