Ribbi Flats Day earning the early award for track that catches me immediately. Nice. Reminds me a bit of Uraya from XBC2 in how quickly it swept me in. But whereas Uraya had flavors of Joe Hisaishi, this one does not so much.

It's less that it doesn't make sense, but more that someone would say it. Like, if Lopen is dead to rights, he has to make some sort of claim, and he did. Saying that Scum would not have allowed the claim to proceed if they were aware that'd be caught is kind of naive.

You're making it sound like scum anticipated that happening and I'm not following at all.

Like, this just sounds like Ctes as Scum telling us the truth of what actually happened.

What circles me back around to Ctes the most on memory is that he went really hard in on the "Han is not playing as well as he did last game, you've really gotten worse, Han"

It wasn't accusatory enough to imply that Ctes thought I was Scum. It feels a little too much like Ctes was posting from a perspective of knowing I was Town.

My gut tells me that Lopen shot at Lea and got redirected to Chang. I think he claimed to have targeted Lea on purpose. Probably in case there was a different Town Redirecting role that did that, or like, a real Bus Driver.

So here is my thought - if I caught Lopen there, then Scum probably had him caught before? When making plays as Scum, I feel like Scum usually notices the errors they make and then try to be quiet about it and pray they aren't seen.

Which means Scum are the quickest to agree when they see the error get caught.

Now, SBell had no reason to chime in when he did - a post seemingly out of nowhere to say that Lopen had to be shot. It doesn't sit Scummily.

This does paint Lea in a worse light, but... well, Ctes and Isquen end up looking the worst for this.

Ctes was just "bravo, you did it" and Isquen gave a very "meh" response about it - he was putting together this thought process, followed by "well Lopen doesn't really look good based on what Han said"

I have more faith in Hb than being indignant to me as Town.

Who were the people quickest to agree with me when I pointed out Lopen couldn't be what he claimed?

Anyway, ignoring Corrik for now, I'm thinking about Isquen/Hb/Ctes. Isquen has been where I've been leaning, but...

Ctes has given the most effort in being around and avoiding his own lynch. Hb and Isquen much less so. To say the awful, wouldn't that imply Ctes was more likely to be Scum? I mean, Scum's EK's didn't go their way, but that's not enough to make them throw their hands up and surrender, right?

Finished chapter 2. Got a feeling these queens are some familiar folks.

Still haven't quite figured out I feel about the Interlinks.

I'm starting to like the You Will Know Our Names a bit more. I've done every unique monster (that's sensible) so far, so I've gotten into it. I don't like chain attacks interrupting the music though, although it's not as bad as in XBC1.

Interesting seeing the variations on Blade people in Agnus too. Not sure about the Consul designs.

There's been good tracks but I don't know which have sat with me too much so far. Probably the main battle theme.

Also, point about the votals - that should be Sultan as the second vote on Ben, not Ben voting himself (I think).

Sultan ended day on Ben, Ctes was the other PRIMARY shot, Scum would probably expect me to be cocky and push at Ctes.

This is why, despite a Ctes lynch probably giving the most info, I would prefer to avoid it. It just feels like a trap.

Isquen flipping Scum would mostly exonerate Ben. Ctes too.

I started to lean against Hb being Scum for a second, but I forgot why.

On re-read, the only person he ever gave an actual reason for town or scum reading was on me. He says I'm town because of the PM questions that Lea asked, which he expressed some frustration about that that shouldnt be allowed. He has done the exact same kind of read on someone when he was scum, because he just cant ignore logic like that

The thing about Corrik is that he has had strong opinions this game but has done so little to try to convince anyone to his opinions.

I mean, Corrik was a proponent on shooting Lopen for awhile, so I don't think he's someone we should really be considering today, but it's totally within his Scumrange to open with more content-less babbling to suggest he has hard data that proves two people are Scum, then when it's not immediately picked up on, zero in on a Scummate mostly dead to rights.

I think my current pick for most likely to be poe Scum in endgame is Corrik.

Does Isquen pull out the "roleblocked" result on Ben if he is Scum and Ben is Town? That would, what, sort out to be some sort of "hey Ben lied get him" play?

This is why I had the lot of you do those quick notes on each other. Lea, Lopen, Ben, SBell I think was my list? A group of people that were talkative and thinking along lines of each other and rising in Townishness. I had a bad feeling at least one of the people entering that zone was Scum.

Anyway, Ctes is putting in work, that's awesome. Ctes, you're less likely to get lynched now than Isquen and Hb.

Even if that's not how you feel, I want you to put yourself into the mindset.

I got to the Gaur Plain moment.

I haven't played too much (did some other stuff while letting the game sit and listen to the track).

The place doesn't look as amazing at first view, but the clear Bionis Leg pieces are really neat.

I LIKE that the track doesn't feel like a direct copy off of Gaur Plain (like Gormott feels), but it lacks a little bit of the melody and strong rhythm I'd expect.
