That's my thinking too. Most the time in Souls games your characters aren't even part of cutscenes.

I was making a character this morning and picked the imp ashes. I figured they were like a summons or something. Didn't actually start the game though. Spent 3 hours customizing. You can actually make decent looking characters unlike Elder Scrolls games

That's what's up. I have no patience for in depth character making anymore. I just change the hair, throw a scar on my eye with an eyepatch covering it and go in. Glad it's there for people who want it tho. I get into it when it's clothes, like Saints Row.

If you can successfully pull that off, there shouldn't be no reprecussions in trying. A soft try. Don't come on like it would mean the world to you. Cause that'll make her feel awkward if she's not into it. Just let her know you're interesting in learning more about her if it's mutual. Give her an easy out since you gotta be around each other if she rejects it.

Everyone in my circle talks at a level headed pace and we take in what the other says and sees how it fits alongside our current understanding. Obviously people get distracted by life and their own thoughts sometimes, so you gotta accept they won't completely take in what you say at all times. But expecting someone to listen everytime you want to speak is it's own self absorbed attitude.

Anyway, you're partly responsible for those you keep around you and it's on you if you find yourself surrounded by people who don't respect you. When you become an adult, no one os stopping you from finding people more fitting for your standards. If you can't get in with them, maybe you yourself aren't living up to the standards you expect from others. Shit, I talk to people one on one from here that are level headed and show a good amount of respect to those they're around.

I play through them solo, cause Im a big toughie. I don't even like signs on first playthrough. Not immediately at least. Maybe later on.

I know what you mean. It can feel really good to connect and feel impact tho. I didn't notice immediately, but once I did it made it a lil more satisfying. Gotta look where the weapon makes contact. Otherwise it just feels like semi random slow down. Blunt weapons were especially satisfying imo

On ps5 I didn't run into enemies freezing.

Hour into Elden Ring, it's making me feel a high Dying Light didn't give me in 50 hours. But that's cause Im a From Soft fanboy. Original Dying Light was one my favorite zombie games too tho

Very much so. If you're doing main story, it's almost always to do with humans and zombies are just window dressing. The side stories incorporate them a lil more

I'm loving Dying Light 2 but I'm playing the V1.0 and my game is so hard to play.

There are 3 missions I can't even do because there isn't anything for me to jump to. I watched the missions on YouTube and they all had ledges that I don't lol.

I loved Dying Light. But Im taking Dying Light 2 to GameStop here in a minute to get half my money back. There was about 20 hours of the 50 I played where I enjoyed it. There's so many jarringly bad decisions made. It's a step back in pretty much every way for me and it's been mostly an annoyance. Zombies are basically window dressing in this one

Im picking up Elden Ring as well. I don't gotta play it to be confident it's better

If the frame rate isn't steady it can mess up your timing if it's a fast paced game

We all have experience with frame drops in these games. We all know first hand how much and how little it can matter. We're still not gonna cry about it

I got to the point I think it's dumb to think I'd be the guy who knew what was best for the world. Most (all) of us know absolutely nothing about keeping dictators in check and lowering casualties to the minimum. Most of us probably couldn't even keep a crazy partner in order without some type of avoidable negative fallout happening. But since everyone has the internet, they think they know what's best for literally the entire world. Or they say the most compassionate sounding thing, knowing they don't gotta personally deal with reprecussions if that makes them blindsided. I don't think anyone takes in the actual feeling of being there to make the calls to send a bunch of people's children out to risk their lives to save other lives. Nothing about this shit is simple. Either way, you're destroying families.
