the Double Bow, specifically with a Marksman, is probably the best weapon in the game in RD. shinon is certainly the best candidate for it

Hand axes are the best weapons in RD

Double Bow is only available for the last few battles, all of which are cleared in very few turns, and isn't remarkable enough to bother dragging dead weight with you for the entire game just to use it a couple of times.

He can clear ledge chokepoints that other units struggle with due to the hit penalty (helps that mages in RD are generally shit) so your EP units can climb up and start wrecking

Hit penalty is irrelevant when cheap forged weapons can be given more than enough accuracy to never care about RNG at any point

And the pass skill bypasses blocked edges easily

Consoles lose in value over time when you factor in their subscription fees and addons

A budget PC with a 3060 is only a couple hundred more than a console, but you get much better performance and visuals while not getting hit with highway robbery charges, so you get vastly superior value over time.
