Azumanga's been a staple of these contests, but I also just noticed, Yotsuba&! is still ongoing???
Show's had its run, I want to say it's one of the better JC Staff shows, but their rep is sorta middle as a middle of the pack studio.
I also wasn't aware JC was up to 4 seasons of Danmachi or that they even made one of the Date a Live seasons.
4 studios for 4 seasons sounds like a bit much?

From what I've seen Sora/Suisei and other known top end singers lived up to the hype.
Moona/Risu aren't as well known so are a surprise, though Moona's KDA stuff and Risu's King cover showed they can sing well.

Seems like just about any merch and food that was available on site got purchased, venue was packed and twitter trends were through the roof.
So Rushia event aside, this went about as well as it could. I expect the merch to sell out once made available online as well.
I'm gonna depressed seeing the shipping quotations :(

I'm actually surprised this is Aggretsuko's debut.
It appears to be one the bigger anime draws on Netflix. Haven't seen it! Though I do remember the BBC randomly covering it because of the subject matter it tackles.
Japan's working culture is fairly infamous at this point and yet, I can't say I know many people who are going through this type of work environment.
Either way, it seems entertaining enough!

By now we know the show has the killer OP, we also know it has nothing to do with the hyper dramatic show it actually is.
Though I don't know how many people have actually seen more than the OP. tbh on my end I just saw the AMVs which showed high stakes versions of everyday games.
I assume a lot depends on how charismatic the cast is, but that's something I have no clue about.

This is also technically its joint best performance!

Leave it WhiteLens to find a show so obscure I had to go to niconico to find the TV opening.
Going by the OP and the person doing the nominating, it's of course coming Manga Time Kirara (or one of its offshoots)
Some good shows have come from that magazine, but it's usually heavy on the short cute girls doing cute things with some added yuri for good measure.

This does however remind me that Yuru Camp isn't in this contest and is the recent offering of theirs that I like for the max comfy it has.

So from now on every show getting knocked out is eligible for next year and the top 20 are locked in.

Looks alright.
Though it did bug me how in the intense looking combat scenes, the playable character was reciting the spell names so casually. Made it sound like he was in the middle of a stroll rather than in the heat of combat.
