1 cup Mashed Ripe Banana (Roughly 2 small bananas)
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt (I used a lactose-free brand)
1/4 cup Unsalted Soy Butter (Melted)
2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips OR fresh blueberries

Whole batch is about 2100 calories by my calcs, and that's before they see the deep fryer. And the total protein is 72g. 14% protein by calorie? Eh. Still better than a normal donut, I suppose.

I'll try it, maybe, cutting everything by 1/2 because that's a lot of food for just me

If donuts had lower caloric density they also wouldn't be fucking awesome

It's a no win scenario.

I make protein donuts.

I've done protein pancakes before with eggs and blended cottage cheese and those came out pretty good, but I can't bring myself to defile donuts in the name of protein.

I mean, it's still fried sugary batter, except with some nonflavored whey in the mix?

While I have you here, would you like to hear a joke?

It feels like my daughter saying "HEY DADDY! I NEED TO TELL YOU SOMETHING!" instead of an adult simply saying something. Its obnoxious and makes no sense why implement it and not a simple option to turn them off.

It says even people you ignore can mention you and youll still get the mention notification.

I heard being buried sucks nards. Like they would bury people up to their neck in the sand. Why that's so bad is that when you exhale, your body shrinks, allowing the sand to take its place, meaning that there's less room for your lungs to expand when you take your next breath. So eventually there's no room for your lungs to expand and you can't inhale and eventually you suffocate.

Because happiness is fleeting and anything you buy will quickly become "normal," and you'll feel exactly the same as you did before.

I mean, being worry free is a good feeling to me. I grew up with nothing, but I'm in a good place now.

I suppose it's subjective, as is happiness. /shrug. whatever floats your goat, I guess.

Thing is being worry free isn't the same as happiness. Negative emotions aren't the opposite of positive ones; you can have both at the same time, and lacking one doesn't mean you'll have the other.

More realistically, if you come upon some money and can pay your bills or whatever, you'll feel less worried, and you'll briefly feel happier, but that happiness doesn't last. You'll just return to neutral, free of worry sure, but not happy.
