I've done the diet for two years now (with some breaks in that time). It works wonders. It just comes down to willpower. Calories in, calories out still applies, obviously, but as long as you're in ketosis, your body will be using stored fat for energy instead of carbs, so you'll still be losing weight as long as you're not eating like 2,500 calories a day.

Don't listen to people who say it's just as effective as calories in, calories out non-keto. Good luck if you're seriously going to try this diet, and feel free to @ me any time you want advice on it.

Because they're generally non-white. This is the real reason and we all know it. It allows them to tie "racism" to the people who oppose Islam. It's bullshit.

This is the reason I feel so detached from liberalism thesedays. I get that in America, Muslims make up a tiny percentage of the population and have no influence, but as was stated earlier, the only reason they're benign there is because of lack of numbers/power, not lack of desire. They behave very differently in Europe (and even worse in their own countries) where they have the numbers to do what they want (and the natives of these countries keep their heads in the sand because they don't want to look "racist" or "Islamophobic"). Absolutely tragic.

I guess I can understand them not feeling passionate about it if they didn't know the true extent of what Nazi Germany was doing, but WE all know about it. If we could go back in time to fight, then anyone who says no to that is a coward and should feel ashamed.

DoctorPiranha3, I don't know if you're actually sincere or not but you should just stop. What you're doing is equivalent to a model telling people to "just accept how you look and be confident in yourself". It might be genuine, but it means nothing coming from someone who's clearly in an extremely privileged position on that subject.

I'm not balding myself, and still understand that it's devastating, so I try to help people as much as I can on this subject, as I've researched it a lot.

Does your family have a history of hair loss? If so, how severe? Have a look at this picture, and tell me where your father/grandfathers are/were, and where you are: https://smhttp-ssl-33667.nexcesscdn.net/manual/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/norwood-scale-for-men.jpg

There are things we can do to help this problem. A receding hairline isn't a death sentence like it was 30 years ago. There are treatments.

And don't listen to the "just shave it off and work out!" crowd. It's clear you care about your hair, and you shouldn't need to give it up when there are things we can do to help it.

There seems to be some goalpost moving from the left lately on this. A few years ago, all you'd hear was "gender is a social construct". Now, apparently, it's not?

Because if it's just a social construct, then why not just live as an effeminate man, or a masculine woman?

To answer the topic at hand: sex reassignment surgery is what's recommended for these people right now, but it doesn't actually reduce their suicide rates from what I've heard (at least not by enough to consider it a good solution, even if it's the best one that's currently available).
