As someone already said, most cities and towns don't have any sort of mass transit.

Also, the real issue is that many people in this situation can't afford to miss even one day of work. Compounding the issue is that many DMV offices are only open on certain days of the week and at odd hours.

People are allowed to breed their own dogs if they want to and can do so responsibly without abandoning any of them. Whether he sells them, keeps them or gives them to his friends is completely up to him and he's entitled to do so. It's not irresponsible at all and he's not forbidden from doing so just because OTHER people fuck up and abandon dogs. Nobody is personally responsible for stray dogs, specially those they didn't breed. Saying every puppy born is killing one in a shelter is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read.

You're straight up delusional if you think his rescue efforts excuse this. He's a bad pet owner to intentionally bring more animals into the world this way.

It's really fucked up that you just view his pets as playthings for him to do with as he pleases, even if it's to their detriment.

I've taken in and saved more dogs than you could possibly imagine. I don't take shelter dogs. I don't go to shelters, and I don't release the dogs that I've rehabilitated to shelters. I take in dogs that other places won't take in based on size or their past....or their breed. I take in dogs that aren't ready to go to homes because they are damaged either physically and/or emotionally. The dogs I take and help would be put down in a shelter, if they even made it to the shelter.

There are plenty of people who are willing to do what you are talking about, but the reason my numbers are so high is that there are far fewer willing to do what we are doing.

That's very noble.

Could you elaborate on this? Genuine question, I'm confused on this.

Sure thing. So, these seven puppies now exist. If TC gives them away or sells them, that's seven dogs in shelters that could have been adopted, but now won't be. As shelters are very crowded, they have to euthanize animals to make space for new ones.

Of course, that's no guarantee that the people who would hypothetically wind up with TC's puppies would adopt from a shelter otherwise. After all, most people would rather get a free (or cheap) puppy than pay $100 for a shelter dog. I wish people didn't feel that way.

I know TC said he's keeping these puppies. He could have adopted that many dogs and saved them from euthanasia. Unless TC is a registered breeder or his female dog came to him already pregnant (neither of which I believe he has indicated), then he's being an irresponsible pet owner by leaving intact male and female dogs around each other.

Hey TC, I recently had a persistent cough for almost a month. I would wake up due to violent coughing throughout the night and couldn't go more than ten minutes without coughing during the worst of it.

I never figured out the cause as it eventually just went away on its own. It was a very gradual process (the coughing eventually toned down to once an hour at most before I stopped noticing). Delsym helped me through the day and I'd take a sleep aid (Diphenhydramine) so I could get some continuous rest during the night.

If you can afford it, I'd go see a doctor if it lasts much longer. My mother was really harping on me to by the end.

Man, I love how fanboys still defend the extremely anti-consumer practices MS tried to pull with the Xbone. Give me a damn good reason WHY the console needs to ping if you're not using the online services.

Little bit of both.

Christmas is basically a secuar holiday at this point.
