I'm glad to see Knightfall on your reading list, that's the story that got me into Batman and it's pretty good. If you're looking for other Batman stuff, some of the better stories are The Long Halloween, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman Year One, No Man's Land, and Grant Morrison's run on Batman (starting with Batman and Son).

Are you looking for just superhero stuff, any other particular characters?

The one aspect of the show I'm still not sold on is Tulip. I feel like she's getting better and her fight scene tonight was cool, but she's still just, well, okay. And I really liked her in the comics.

Haven't watched Once Upon a Time, but it sounds like the premise was taken from Fables.

I wasn't expecting Jesse's power to not work on the Saint of Killers.

I enjoyed the episode a lot. Even though it's going in a different direction than the comics (which is cool because I don't know what to expect), it felt more true to the essence of the comic than anything they've done so far (especially that opening).

Preacher season 2 starts tonight on AMC, I can't wait. If you've seen season 1, you already know this is going to be good. And if you haven't, this will probably be a good jumping on point.

I would have been happy to see an entire episode of Frieza provoking Vegeta, without any focus on the other universes.

Frankly, I'm just glad this tournament is actually gonna be starting now. This agonizing pacing has been the most DBZ thing this show's done yet.

It feels different to me from the slow pacing in DBZ because they've been focusing on different characters just about every week, instead of one long drawn-out battle.

The only thing I'm disappointed by with the last episode is that there's no room left for surprise when Frieza betrays his team because he outright said he plans to.
