Ehh... yes, but you have to know when to use it because of how the boost is implemented and how it works against enemies with multiple types

For instance, Firion actually gets less benefit from it compared to non-Killer equipping character. And if the enemy has more types than covered by Poach, it reduces the effectiveness

I've thought long and hard here. This and Reaper Man are my absolute two favorite Discworld books, and they just so happen to be about Death. Well, this book is more about Susan (okay so it's more about Lobsang), and I've been mulling on this for quite some time (finished this book rather fast. That's how much I loved it). Went with my guts, but if I think on it again I'd probably switch them again. So yeah, the final Susan and Death book gets the number 2 spot. Great main characters, great interaction, loved the story, it's just great.

Thief of Time, the 26th Discworld book, finished. This is a story about time. It could have started with the founder of the History Monks, Wen the eternally surprised, realizing the true nature of time. Intimately. It might also have started when a disturbed young clockmaker was contracted to make the most accurate clock of all. It might even have started when Susan was given a Grimm Fairy Tales book by her grandfather, Death, in the middle of teaching a class. Or possibly when a talented thief in Ankh-Morpork was recruited by the History Monk and soon was forced on Lu-Tze as his apprentice. Regardless of what the true beginning is, this is the story of Time, and how it can be stopped and of those who seek to prevent it.

Best Parts:
- Lobsang, Susan, Death, Lu-Tze, and Myria/Unity. Best main character cast? HMM... well Jeremy wasn't that good, but the rest are just ****ing stellar and great characters. Lobsang + Lu-Tze and Susan + Lobsang and Susan + Unity were just fantastic
- The Auditors are out in full ****ing force now. Before they tried the clock scheme again, these ****ers actually sent a goddamn meteor to destroy the Discworld, but A'Tuin ain't having none of that ****. He ATE the meteor.
- In addition, human auditors are such fascinating characters. Between Myria/Unity and the new Auditors, their desperate efforts to understand the human experience is... well, something else. Dying from tasting chocolate is ****ing brilliant BTW.
- lol nobody respects Rule Number One. Well, except for that poor fellow in the dojo. Poor Lu-Tze though, he's all torn up about his failure with the first clock
- Lobsang is just great, like stealing from Lu-Tze, stopping the procrastinators perfectly (twice), and taking the time to notice that there's time to admire the birds in their quest to save the world.
- Death seeing first hand the effects of humanity on his fellow horsemen (good on War on getting married) and going thank goodness I haven't changed is ****ing hillarious man
- The Yeti bit was brilliant foreshadowing. Yes, they've cut his head off XD oh Lu-Tze you're the best. Save State lives is very interesting.
- When the clock stopped, oh man the book kicks it into high gear.
- The four horsemen are finally together once again since the Apocralypse in Sourcery (nice to see they have their horses too)... and this time, they're fighting to save humanity! HELL YEAH! The final battle doesn't go that smoothly however, as the Auditors fought back and forced the humans within the horsemen to become dominant and prevent them from using their powers on them... AND THEN RONNIE SOAK AKA CHAOS JOINS AND ****'S GOING DOWN! Too bad we don't see the actual final battle, but with Chaos there to prevent the Auditors from enforcing their rules on War, Pestilence, Famine, and ****ing Death, the result is a foregone conclusion.
- Holy **** Lu-Tze beat Time himself using Deja-Fu! Of course, Lobsang could destroy him at any time, but that's just rude and breaking the rules.
- Susan's "of course" when she sees Lobsang is gone. Heartbreaking man :(. Unity's conversation with Susan afterwards, while hilarious with Susan subtly trying to force the conversation to stop using cues that an Auditor would have no idea what their meanings are, got dark quick with her suicidal thoughts. They could have been gal pals man, non-humans trying their damnedest to be humans
- The entire epilogue actually, from Lobsang's return to the History Monks, the duel, the ceremony, their final conversation (D'aww giving Lu-Tze the only thing he wants), Unity giving up on life and revealed to have a soul, and Susan finally having a perfect moment (I ship it. I ship it so hard)
