Game of Thrones is the only book in the series that makes for a good TV adaptation.

The story gets way too spread out and too much time is given to characters no one would give a shit about in the later books. Generally, changes made by the show made it better for TV without drastically changing what was in the books.

Put on about 20 pounds this last year or so, want to get them back off.

I dropped about 30 pounds like 5 and a half years ago when I got my dog(He likes to run, I have to run with him), got to the healthiest weight I've probably been in adulthood(Probably ended up slightly underweight, settled in a few pounds higher than that when he stopped being a puppy).

Then this last year for whatever reason I gained weight. Only culprit I can really place it on, eating too many cookies(It got to the point I'd eat some in the morning, some between lunch and dinner, and some before bedtime). Exercise hasn't really dropped, my dog still runs like crazy, on a schedule like clockwork, so thats not really an issue(A little more probably couldn't hurt right now, but it wouldn't help on its own).

Also started drinking more sodas, mainly at restaurants(I feel so bad ordering water, but I'm going to go back to doing it). At home I have no issues, but going out I need to start cutting that too. Not as big an issue as the cookies, but something easy to fix.

Currently nearly done with the second day of not eating cookies. They are still there in the drawer for the rest of my family. Today was actually pretty tough, I started to get hungry right before dinner and really wanted to eat them. But I didn't.

Making this topic to try to give myself some accountability. And because nights are usually snacking heaven for me, so hopefully this topic will strengthen my resolve a little bit here.

We already lost more saves than that added.

Probably leaning we should save increase. Because I believe an increase of 1 only increases the amount of saves required next round by like 18 compared to this round.

(Whereas not increase saves drops it by 12. A 30 save difference from increasing it by 1)

Alright, so the previous topic was lost, and all the rules are gone. General information: every generation of Pokemon starts with the first ten in the Pokedex. Five advance. Then a new five face those five, and so on and so forth. This goes until we reach the end of a generation, at which point each round becomes single elimination until we determine a generation winner. At the moment, Jolteon, Feraligatr, and Flygon have won generations and will be involved in the grand finals alongside the winners of Gen IV, V, VI, VII, and the three Pokemon with the longest winning streaks to give us a final ten.

In the event of a tiebreaker, I'll hold a one-off topic to break said tie. Those rounds (same as these poll topics) last 24 hours to determine winners and whatnot. For purposes of this contest, no alts and no rallying.

Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot.

And we've now reached the finals! After all the hoopla over Darkrai last round, he goes out like a wimp as this round's results weren't even all that close. Darkrai might as well have not even participated. We'll have to see if things change with those two votes freed up though.
