| El Mexicano Texano 07/13/17 10:19:21 AM #3 | Forgot to add buy an aircast if you still have months to go they go for about $100 new but with that thing you can walk anywhere you put it on and it has air bags that you pump by hand by squishing a small add on just put the pressure to your liking and your set takes like 30 seconds for both sides of the boot. Doesn't hurt and you can walk at a fast pace too. eBay has some used for about $50 just wash the foam and make sure it comes with the small pump. It's a grey boot looking thing. --- |

I messed up ankle too like 5 years ago I ended up dislocating, breaking it and chipped off my other bones after they grinded on each other my tendon also tore completely as well I was using a air cast for 3-4 months afterwards I was able to walk up stairs and walk about half a mile f I walked more it would end up hurting. . At 6 months I could walk any distance after 9 months I was able to run and at the year make I was able to jump and be at 100%. I remember I jumped at about 7 months in and it felt like I broke the damn thing again I ended up falling on my ass. When it drops anything below 50 degrees it starts to hurt I have to drink milk before the cold comes to prevent this. If I kick a ball/object or stomp on the ground I get this tingling feeling like when a leg falls asleep for that split second the moment my leg makes contact the object/floor. --- |
