I used to be of a similar build/weight. All of my muscle is in my legs so I was built like a centaur.

I went down to 160 and was cut as a motherfucker. I lost a lot of mass in my thighs though, but they started to look proportional. Now I've crawled back to 180 and have a much more muscular upper body.

Anyways, lift and eat a high protein/calorie deficit diet to try to keep as much muscle while you cut. I've tried keto with varying results depending on my ability to actually keep with it long enough.
