they both are sob, so not a clue, i would say probably due to order of abilities, (alice's dress was declared first in ability phase.) and that severely hurts alice, since she forfeitted her base double damage from checkmate to use hysteria dress, and then lost that to Poison's ability.

I think that Elma's team has the advantage even with the various things.. nier shields aren't as good in an enviroment that is full mobility.

ahh, i misread lazarvic's ability, i probably would have went the other way, letting lazarvic do whatever he wanted and tell off elma. After all, it has a 50% chance of hitting someone that isn't really special, and a 25% chance of hitting the ideal target for Ansem's team, which would be probably geralt.

Elma targeted ansem with soul voice with fetch backup, (sob) what choice version though
Alice equips fleshmaiden dress. sob

Ansem inflicts you understand nothing on Elma, (pre battle) (i'm guessing, and forces the entire thing to fail)
Nier brings backup in shadowlord. (pre-battle)
Geralt researches elma (pre-battle) Ansem also researches Elma, because gwent and that'd be the reasonable thing (pre-battle)
Poison inflicts mad gears (sob)

So at rosters, zoran ganks someone that isn't Ansem. Either Shadowlord, Nier, Geralt, or Poison starts the battle dead. But Ansem's there, and he gets to tell someone to Submit!

I would have liked seeing the winner in pool 2 vs winner in pool 1, but since noone won in pool 2 now, the true finals are in pool 1 :p

I don't see anything wrong with what you said there, gravy, that looks like a valid reading of the rules to me, the only confusion in ruling would be the interaction between guilty conscience and power of purification if terra had left the field of play any time after being told she was a sub-lord.

gravy, how is terra immune to possessions? I do not see a possession immune part on her writeup.

Morrigan's trigger "Now we threaten priests? How fun!" would not occur, not because of that, but because of Discord Parade. You didn't target an allied (Discord flipped Opposing) Heroic mercenary with Morrigan.

Yeah, when i compared the first seasons of Vanguard to Yugioh, i found it really refreshing that I could say to learn the absolute basics of Vanguard, all you have to do is watch the show, rather than the continuous dissonance between yugioh game rules, and yugioh tv game rules... i mean how many seasons did it take to get the hp between tv and game to match?

Lich King Normally it's just lich king is big guy and that's that, but this time it requires a bit more. Nier is actually a really big part of the fight, completely hosing projectile users in tandem with his dark wall, which is almost the entire enemy team, and the map is extremely friendly for that, being a walkway before the main boss platform, so only one way to attack. With arthas able to disease people as a 0 second action, before reflectga comes online, It's limited mobility for the entrance which goes well for a defensive battle.

Mind you with how the teams are, I don't think arthas is going to make it to next week, but it's not going to be said he didn't put in his part for living.

This is where if the "Eye for an Eye" rules existed, there'd be a lot less caught criminals. I know I wouldn't want anything to do with someone that'd be willing to toss animals off a building.

The absurd amount of raw stats he throws around, the location giving plenty of room to get over being sick, and the absolute jerk moves of both Yu and Bass having full heal, will probably stop him from ever needing the strongest (which will end up in 800% parameters if it activates)

And if it activates, the net will be destroyed within those 30 seconds, because if Bass can't be there, it's not worth having.

Well, Shao Kahn is going to be dead no issues, Lich king seperates him from the rest of the team with an ice wall. Considering mechanically in the escape from the frozen throne, at proper level, it took a fair chunk of time for jaina/sylvanas to break through an ice wall. Alice could get past quickly enough, but the others have to beat through, or go over.

Actually, it's worse than that scare, the page grabbed for both poison and dizzy for the mercs draft groups was not the original page for them, which required 10 exp for the ultra pacifist removal of high tier, and the 5 exp for the follows all commands. That's a fairly large error :/

Kanzaris, it doesn't look like that the She will follow Poison's lead in battle regardless of her personality should be in the writeup. I don't see that on any exp chart.

Grandia 2, quite a great game, you played it for Milennia though.

Can i get an explanation on this roster, because I think at least one part of this is illegal. Damus was paid down, Dizzy was paid down+suprise entrance, but how'd lightning get on the roster? (And monokuma doesn't cut it)

Considering it's in High, Team Lich king wins location 100% (5>1+3), and there's no pre-battle way to get rid of Arthas, i'm not expecting much, especially if the 10% possession hits, and Shao Khan gets told to shut up and get in line...

Thinking on it, if Shao was rostered in low rather than Guardian, and they were able to pull off a victory there, that would have been a very fast series due to sucking.

i'm not sure that trdl's thing was meant to be a vote actually tom, i think it was just explaining that the guardian could not use the shield from olaf >_> bad trdl! using bold to explain stuff!

I'm going to put a tentative vote for Ansem and his team, due to the ability of being able to paralyze the guardian for a few important seconds during combat, and when Alice can get into melee (Balthier is on the same issue as the vikings, not enough mobility to get through at a reasonable pace) it becomes a lot messier of a battle.

I still believe that neither side can get to the other on the map, but clearing out limitations that cause that, one by one, this is how i feel it would end up.

I don't believe in characters passing equipment around once the battle begins. It kind of ruins the idea of having teams after all. I consider it the reasonable limit to the ideal teammate clause, and to stop abusive stuff, such as giving 7 upkeep characters access to full heals/invuln/etc.

I'd say good mobility isn't enough for this Mewtwo, with instant death laying below later in the level. Hypothetically, team alice has better mobility, in a long tedious way, due to ansem having flight, and the ability to get people around, eventually, which would make it reasonably them versus the Guardian, given the fact that the mobility that the vikings outside of erik is absurdly limited. (they won't be able to keep up in any meaningful sense, and the sparrow won't be that useful in this mess)

The fight, if it would happen depends a lot on location, which knowing the layout doesn't mean much due to how twisty the layout is. I'm still unsure how to vote on this really.

It has potential areas.. the problem is i'm not sure both sides can get through the location far enough to get to each other period. look up the map and treat it as attackers at start, defenders somewhere closer to the end and there's huge jumps and everything as well.. It's not a map that works well for either side.

I'm not really sure what to think on this map, the map is a complete mess to traverse, even with knowledge, you either got to blow apart huge walls or be able to shrink, which only alice and olaf can do, and even with that, it's a navigational nightmare. I'm not sure either team will be able to take out the others on this map.

The Hind D is probably the least valuable thing on Lopen's team. By the time that Lopen's team gets up the tower, the Hind will have gotten shotten down, even with having improved parameters. After all, both the Pandora and the Spiral exist.
