Holy shit I can't believe this movie is 10 years old. I vaguely remember some silly plot about shutting down/stealing the internet? And Justin long being Justin long. And the gorgeous mew being gorgeous.

Watching some ad for a Melissa McCarthy movie with A.D. guy Michael Bluth. Since she's humongously fat, it's funnier when he punches her or hits her in the face with a guitar.

The same can't be said if the woman is thin and attractive... I wonder why that's so.

I should have guessed he was gay due to the picture of Dorian Gray. Then there's a way he dressed. But yeah it is a shame, so many of the great authors die penniless but this dude needlessly suffered.

But it's not just that, even after researching about it it's hard to wrap my head around using a currency whose value seems to be determined... not by gold, but just... nothing. Just whatever the people using it say. Unless I'm mistaken on that front?

There are multiple versions of Batman and things can be really different between two writers/drawers, and things changes with reboots, but I think that the last canon version puts us at 6'2" and 210 lbs / 95 kg.
I want to remember that the Arkhamverse version is taller with 6'4".

The "comedy" scenes pull me out of the movie so damn hard

Those scenes at the black market doctor's office are even more bizarre in how they're shot and presented than they were when I was a kid. I always thought when I was older I'd get something I appeared to be missing but 15 years later I'm still as utterly perplexed by them as I've ever been.

Weird, maybe the scale is poor in the movies but it doesn't look larger than 50 pound dumbell. Or maybe the metal they used is heavier than the dumbell.

I'd expect most of CE be able to lift it with both hands, but not with one, and definitely not swing it around like a weapon.

So would you say it's 90 pounds or 50 pounds? Big weight difference there.

The hammer isn't heavy, you just can't wield it unless you are worthy. You could technically dig around the area the hammer is on, and lift that piece of ground/table/whathaveyou.

It is heavy though, Thor puts it on Loki's chest to keep him from getting up and moving.

The glowiness of the movie during the day time always gave it such a surreal vibe the entire way through.

Don't know, and really it's not important. I liked it more then than I do now. The whole plot feels like a contrivance to me now. It's doing literally everything, when doing literally nothing provides an even higher chance of success.
